Run do not walk this “ company “is the definition of SCAM artist. They will say anything to get your signature on their bogus contract then lie when it’s time to pay. This is a disgusting criminal enterprise I was told the price was locked in then later had major items left off my replacement and told I owed much more even though I had agreed otherwise. They put a lein on my house by a bogus lawyer when I asked why they changed the deal the said “ read the contract” It states in fine print “ no verbal agreements are honored. These are typical low life creeps and con men. RUN!!!

We hired Coastline Builders for window installation at our home in West Palm Beach and it has been a very frustrating experience. The job is still not finished, and we are being pressured to pay about $7,000 more to complete it. They’re saying the extra money is to get the installation “up to code”—but installing windows to code is what a contractor is supposed to do as part of the job, not something you spring on the customer after work has already started. There have also been workmanship issues. Some windows appear to have been measured incorrectly, multiple screens do not match the windows, and there are visible gaps in the wood/trim around the window areas. On top of that, different workers show up and each one says the previous person did something wrong, so there’s no consistency or accountability. Communication has been extremely difficult—no one on site speaks English well enough to clearly explain what is incomplete, what is being corrected, or why we’re being charged more.

Hi it may be an excellent company. How ever my complain is with a person name David that called me to promote the business he didn’t Like my answer when he called from 561 area call number. He insult me and then minutes later he called from a 954 area call number to insult me again and he hang up.probably he was having a bad day. But when It comes to costumer service I don’t think he is well trained. I am no judging the company just this person it makes the company look bad.

Best price contractors has a really good sales team and just that.BUYERS BEWARE, this company is horrible to deal with.the customer service is a complete HORROR story.i got my roof done with this company in September 2023.the roof was completed in one day.i thought wow how great they really are quick with service.boy was I wrong.i am still waiting for the permits for my roof.which was never submitted.we are now in February 2024. every time I called I was given the run around or a great sales person to pitch me into calling me down. because at this point I'm extremely upset by their lack of communication and sense of urgency to provide me with my roofing permits.i have paid this company and hold a ZERO balance.the company has failed to fulfill their end of the bargain.they have a thirty year warranty for the roof which I assumed was a plus.only later to find out that its a way to tie you into using them only for anything in regards to your roof or use risk losing your warranty and its voided out.I am unsatisfied with this company and will never use them again.i haven't received something as simple as an automated update about how far along they are with processing of my permits.the phone has been hung up on by staff even though I was polite and professional buy yet firm in my line of questioning. I work to hard for my money to be treated like this.i will be complaining to the state of Florida and consulting with an attorney on this matter.i hope no one has to go through this please do your due diligence when dealing with this crooked company.do yourself a favor and find a credible company with a open line of communication.this company does not provide a walk in area to speak with someone directly.the rent out a room in a building full of sales reps and horrible customer service reps.save yourselves time and money.
