I ordered a monogram necklace for my daughter and when it arrived I was very impressed. It came within the window that they gave me, approximately 3 weeks. It was well packaged for mailing and inside the box was beautiful inside and out, really impressive. The company is in Israel and I did not expect to receive something that is custom made with specific initials as well as mailing time to be any sooner. Great purchase all the way around. I would definitely shop here again. Good price, good quality and service just as promised. What more could you ask for?

I came to this site via a shop on Etsy, in which I loved my order & had no problems. Ordered a monogrammed necklace for my recently married sister as a special surprise for the holidays with her new last initial..... Well, needless to say it JUST came, and obviously not in time for Christmas. I ordered well before Christmas; a WEEK before Christmas I emailed and inquired about when my package would arrive; Tried confirmation and receipt number and neither could be tracked via USPS. No response from the company. A week AFTER Christmas, I emailed yet again, expressing how I understood it was crazy around the holidays, but I simply wanted to know when in the world my package would arrive, as payment had been taken from my account a month earlier. STILL no response. I have a PR degree and work in advertising and all I have to say is shame on you for not treating your customers better, or even giving them the decency of a simple response!!!!! I threw out the 10% off coupon that came with it and needless to say, will be telling all I know to go through Etsy to other users.....AND, in the USA!!!!!!! After the package arrived, I see it came from another country - in the email it says international shipping 21 days, but coming in from a different page, I had no CLUE this was being made/shipped from another country. Just poor communication overall.

I ordered 2 name necklaces as gifts and they were absolutely lovely. I was so happy with the service and quality and have recommended them to lots of people. Shelley L. Valley Village, CA

Too good to be true!!!! I was impressed w/ the selection & prices, but like I said... too good to be true. I purchase from ETSY a lot and have never run into a problem until now. I ordered 2 personalized necklaces on December 2, 2012. It is now January 5, 2013 and still NOTHING. I understood that they might be delayed a bit due to international shipping and it being the holidays, but this is ridiculous!! There was no hesitation to charge my credit card $50. I did email the company, and "Karen" was quick w/ a response unfortunately it was a simple "the order shipped, there is no way to track it, hope ya get it soon" type of reply. I would discourage anyone from ordering from this company... you'll never receive the order.

I placed an order last month; however typed in the wrong state for the shipping address (New York, Virginia instead of New York, NY). I contacted Best Personalized Shipping to correct the address and someone named Karen wrote back to confirm my address, but then never resolved the issue. I have emailed three times since and received no response, however my credit card was charged. I still have not received the package or any response from Best Personalized Jewelry.

It shipped a lot quicker than I though and with excellent quality, which it caught my friend's eye as well. I believe I'll place more order in the future. Cheers!

I first saw this Monogram Sterling Silver Necklace on a co-worker and loved it. She gave me the website and I immediately ordered one for myself. My sister saw it and loved, then my niece saw it and she loved it. Needless to say I have just order my third one and probably will order more of this same item. Best Personalized customer service is great to deal with! Ann

Items ship from Israel with no way to track. I placed an order on August 8 it is not Septenber 13 and I still do not have my items. They are responding to my emails and said they reshipped my order, but I'm still very frustrated. I can not rate the quality of the product because I have not seen it and I'm not quite sure if I ever will even though they have charged me for it.
