Worst experience ever with a company, and you have to work with them three times. First while they are putting everything you own on a truck. Once they lock the doors, your Garunteed Estimate is gone. The man we dealrlt with was rude and threatening. They give you a new invoice,expect it to be double. The second time you deal with them will all be email, while you try understand how this happened. While you realize the second payment is a wire transfer and you will not even know where your stuff is, who you can talk to, how you can possiblely get out of this nightmare. When you finally pay and you are getting your stuff you have to pay in cash or postal money order. Delivery day was supposed to be two drop offs. Our house and our daughters apartment....Best Move showed up, same man that we had on pick up. He hired a young local, who he paid $30 an hour and he made him do 90% of the work. Best Move knew about the second location and kept taking our daughters stuff off the truck, for "staging". Once our stuff was off the truck he said. "They just text me, it will be $4000, to take this to a second address." We argued, there was always a second address.......he drove away. Our daughters belongings on the driveway. This company only gets work through brokers, please make sure you know the name of company who will be showing up at your door.

If I can give -10, stars, I would. For starters, I originally hired my things to be moved through a B moving services. They redirected me over to best move van lines moving services first red flag the date that they were originally supposed to come to pick up my things from my apartment they were late. They told me that they will be there between the hours of three and 6 o’clock. Those people did not show until 8 PM and then demanded more money. An extra $200 out of me because of cubic feet. Second red flag the person who called me to instruct me on my storage. She was already a little snippy. The first time I’ve spoke to her because obviously no one explained the process, but I’m just supposed to magically understand what’s going on. It was fine I let it go. I pay for the deposit for my things to continue to be stored there then when it comes time to me because all I was told was once I give a date then someone will be able to drop it off when I said I need that things to be done that did not happen the day that I asked for my things to be delivered. I called to verify when they would be there they gave me a whole different story saying that that is just the new available date and I will have to wait 21 days from that date from when they can deliver and then on top of that as I’m calling to get an update knowing can give me an update then randomly the storage people call me again this time she was extremely rude. Very disrespectful. Saying I still need to pay the $200 and if I don’t pay the additional $200 for the storage fee for this month, then they can’t move forward with giving me a delivery date. We are going back-and-forth an email. She has been nothing but rude and disrespectful throughout this whole entire process I hope she gets fired. She does not deserve to have that job. I don’t know what’s wrong with her miserable life to be doing this to people, but I still ended up paying the money just so I can hurry up and get a delivery date, days go by I don’t get a answer. No one‘s answering the phone letting me know what’s going to happen. I get a random phone call at 8 o’clock at night on a Saturday evening from the delivery driver saying that they will come and drop my stuff off in the morning that obviously doesn’t work for me cause I’m getting little to no notice of when my things will be delivered and I still have to pay my remaining $800. I tell him well that’s not gonna work. Can we move the date to somewhere else? Then this harlot from the emails contact me so happy and glee that she gets to add on additional charges now that my new delivery available date apparently is the 14th and the 15th which I spoke with a gentleman over the phone with. She says now since that is your new available date, you have to pay a new additional storage fee plus an unloading and reloading fee, which none of this makes sense as to why I wasn’t called ahead of time before the process even started to verify with me, so these people apparently already took my stuff out of storage loaded a truck and had to unload it again because I was given late notice with zero to no understanding so now me and this lady is going Back-and-forth on a Saturday evening and she’s just so happy because she’s making my life miserable coming out of even more money, my issues still has not been solved.

My experience with Best Move Van Line has been extremely stressful and remains unresolved. Best Move Van Line is the carrier currently transporting my family's household goods from Minnesota to Arizona. After our belongings were loaded, we were presented with a substantial increase in price based on a disputed cubic-foot measurement. We immediately questioned the charges and have repeatedly requested documentation supporting them. For the past two weeks, we have called almost every day simply trying to determine where our household goods are and when they will be delivered. During that time we have received conflicting information, including: "I don't know where your shipment is." "It's on the way." "There is a shortage of drivers." "You will not receive your shipment until you pay." We have repeatedly asked to speak with someone who has the authority to resolve this matter and provide the legal documentation supporting the disputed charges and the decision to withhold delivery. Instead, we have continued to receive inconsistent answers and have not been provided with the documentation we have requested. We have never refused to pay legitimate charges. We have been attempting to resolve the billing dispute while requesting the documentation necessary to understand the charges being demanded. As of today, our family's household belongings remain undelivered. 1 month later. Take that into consideration. I sincerely hope someone from Best Move Van Line's management contacts us immediately to resolve this matter. If this situation is resolved professionally, I will gladly update this review to reflect that outcome. Owner: If you're reading this, I would genuinely appreciate you contacting me directly. We have tried repeatedly to resolve this through customer service , our "broker", their company, and multiple emails without success. I would welcome the opportunity to resolve this professionally and update this review accordingly.

We had an excellent experience with BEST MOVE VAN LINE MOVING SPECIALIST LLC . From the initial booking to the final box, the team was professional, punctual, and efficient. AB and hes crew took great care with our furniture and handled delicate items with care. They made a stressful day feel easy. Highly recommend!

RUN from this company! They are the best at scamming!!! Here's my story and what I learned....the hard way! Circumstances put me in a situation where I had to move from Louisiana to Georgia within a two week window? So no REAL time for researching and proper planning...1st lesson! Upon trying to do simple price quote check online, I was immediately bombarded with phone calls and offers....2nd lesson! The first quote came in wanting a $7000 security deposit...nope! The second call came from this company. The man was courteous and chatty, but very cunning, promising over $1000 in different discounts. He was good and sucked me in! We discussed inventory, and he calculated an approximate cubic foot space needed. Paid a $1400 security deposit, with a dedicated credit card exclusively for this move, to lock in an available truck and move out date. Thought we were good...satisfied with the price quoted. 3rd lesson...too good to be true! 2nd Agent called to discuss specific moving inventory, telling me the first agent was way off...we definitely need to reserve more cubic space on the truck...double the amount! When inquiring about the exact move in date and time, he stated we needed to complete the inventory and second payment first. Hesitant, but not wanting to forfeit my first payment or disrupt my moving timetable, I trodded forward...BIG MISTAKE....trust your gut! Another $1400 with the dedicated credit card paid over the phone. Now, they cannot guarantee the requested move out date?! This is where the REAL nightmare begins. Movers showed up a day late. They were courteous and nice, but also in the con game! They showed up in a 26ft UHaul Truck, not even a company transport!! This can't be legal...$4.25/cuft charged?! Movers said agents didn't calculate for enough room on this truck...OMG! On top of that every roll of tape, blanket, cardboard and dolly used was added to the final bill...Another lesson learned...READ the fine print!! They loaded up the truck, said 1/2 was due now and the other half upon delivery, which didn't have a guaranteed date¿ I handed them the dedicated credit card only to be told they do not accept credit cards...wait, what? Only cash, zelle, or certified check? Did not have that on hand at that time and the truck was packed?! Driver called head office and got the approval to leave with my inventory, while I worked out the payment. The fact that credit cards are not accepted by drivers was NEVER disclosed! My attempts to call agents #1 and #2 failed miserably...absolutely NO response or answer to repeated phone calls, texts, or messages! 3rd agent called and emailed me instructions for payment due, either direct deposit into their bank or a zelle transfer. She provided account and routing numbers. Good, right? NOPE! Doing these type of transactions with a credit card is considered a cash advance with a 28% interest compounded daily! Now, I'm in full panic mode! Oh and NO delivery until they receive $3800 now and again on delivery! I manage to move/collect and borrow from my retirement fund to make this happen...whew! Day of delivery, only methods of payment accepted are Money Order or cash? Well...Another brick wall! You cannot use a credit card to purchase money orders...exceeded daily withdrawal limit on my debit card and bank is closed on weekends? This nightmare will never end! Movers will NOT unload until they have money in hand! Thank goodness I have kids willing to come to my rescue! Now, let's talk about my inventory...tan couch is now black with soot, as they laid it on its side, which wasn't wrapped or covered. Nuts/Bolts from furniture, beds, etc., which they dissesembled are missing. My bed posts are absolutely nowhere to be found, along with specialized TV remote controls. Don't think about calling to complain or inquire...they WILL NOT RESPOND!! Over $10,000 later, I'm moved and this nightmare is finally over!! Thank you for reading.
