Best Military ResumeReviews of bestmilitaryresume.com

I highly recommend this military resume site for anyone transitioning from military service into the civilian workforce. The site does an excellent job of translating military experience, leadership, technical qualifications, and responsibilities into language that civilian employers and hiring managers can understand. What I found especially valuable was how it helped highlight the skills and experience I gained throughout my military career without simply copying military terminology into a civilian resume. It made my experience look relevant to the positions I’m applying for and helped me present my leadership, training, safety, and technical background much more effectively. The process was straightforward, professional, and easy to use. If you’re a veteran or service member preparing to transition into a civilian career, I would definitely recommend giving this site a try. It can make a big difference in how your military experience is presented on paper

It’s hard to put into words what Best Military Resume has done for me during my transition. They didn’t just give me a better resume, they helped me see that everything I’ve spent years doing in the military has real value in the civilian world. Since working with them, I’ve landed more interviews than I ever expected, but even more importantly, I’ve gained confidence in myself and what I bring to the table. A very special shoutout to Brad Tachi. His support, encouragement, and genuine belief in veterans goes far beyond a resume. You can tell he truly cares about the people behind the uniform and what happens to us next. Transition can be overwhelming, and having people in your corner who genuinely want to see you succeed means more than I can explain. Best Military Resume will forever be part of my transition story, and I’m incredibly grateful. Five stars simply aren’t enough. ❤️

Coming out of 20 years of Federal Service (USAF), my journey required pulling 100 different documents, records, awards, and various other materials into one place to create a Resume that spoke quickly, cleanly and strongly of my skills and capabilities without boring a Recruiter....ENTER BMR and Brad Tachi! Over the past months, Brad has spoken with several cohorts within the 7EAGLE Group Veterans Transition/Skillbridge program and provided Key success capability to our Service Members. His platform is user friendly, intuitive and made all the difference in saving me time drafting several Resumes and kept my focus on finding opportunities! The fee is well worth the results. Feed the program everything you have and it develops top notch results!

This tool was easy to use and matched my resume to the job posting perfectly.

Not going to dance around it but BMR has made me the happiest veteran ever! I never expected to pick up a 6 figure job right out of the military! The resume builder was my absolute saving grace! It made my accomplishments in the mil translate so well to the corporate side! I did 15-20 targeted resumes! The LinkedIn optimizer made helped me look more professional and had recruiters reaching out to me! And the interview tool helped me be more confident as I was interviewing! Such an awesome tool and so helpful! Because of BMR I had total 8 interviews, 4 offers, and accepted the one all 6 figures with benefits! You are the man! Keep doing what you’re doing and killing it!

The tailored resume helped me get an interview with a company I was really interested in working for at the time. Thank you!

BMR was a great asset to have in my job search. It tailored resumes from my lengthy master resume and edited them into quantifiable non-military terms. Thank you Brad, for putting this together!

I am having an outstanding experience with Best Military Resume. Transitioning from the military has been challenging, especially when translating years of leadership, technical experience, and responsibilities into civilian language that hiring managers understand. Their team did an excellent job taking my background and turning it into a clear, results-driven resume that aligned with the positions I was targeting. They were very knowledgeable about federal and private-sector hiring processes, including how to optimize for applicant tracking systems and tailor content to specific roles. What stood out most was their ability to highlight my experience in a way that made it directly relevant. Communication was professional and responsive throughout the process, and they were open to feedback and revisions to ensure everything was exactly right. The final product gave me much more confidence when applying for positions and speaking about my experience in interviews. I would highly recommend Best Military Resume to any service member preparing to transition or looking to strengthen their resume for competitive roles.
