Don’t buy from this company! They have found a loophole to make money off of people by a bait and switch game they are playing. Don’t wait for PayPal to come to the rescue either. They kept extending their decision to the point where I would have lost the chance to dispute it with my Credit card company. I switched to my CC company in the dispute and sent them my rebuttal, showed pictures of what was ordered and what was actually sent, that the company ignored my requests to return the items sent and I also provided consumer complaints on this company for additional support. My CC Company (Capital One) has given me back full credit. So don’t let this foreign company take your hard earned money! 👍

I was totally scammed by this company. They sent me dollar store solar lights instead of the flaming torches. Tried to put in a claim with paypal to help get my money back and they denied my claim. I am putting an appeal in because this company is fraudulent. DON'T BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY!

I got scammed by Bestkca. My flaming solar didn't look nothing like what I ordered. They are those lights that you get from Everything's a Dollar store. I disputed it with PayPal but that was useless. Take it from a victim and save your money.

I was scammed as well. Flame touch lights off Facebook. Received dollar tree lights PayPal says if I return the item I will be fully refunded. Not sure how much it will cost to ship to china. 😡

I am another customer who was scammed with the solar flame lights!! $52 for the piddly plastic silver things, I would NOT have paid that and they won't let me return them for a refund.

I ordered Tiki torches in January. A tiny box arrived with tiny plastic broken pieces in no bigger than a pencil! I lost almost $100! Paypal advised me to send them back with a customs form and track the customs number and told me once it arrived in China even if the person didn't come to collect it that it would be refunded to me! Months later today in fact Paypal emails me that they are not giving me a refund because the tracking number wasn't sufficient! Paypal need to be reported that are in on it! There are thousands of people now who have been tricked by Bestka and Facebook need to be accountable also for allowing them to continue advertising! So I went on my Paypal and put that it was a fraudulent activity, only thing I could think to do now! to get in touch as Paypal are not answering phones to customers now!!! We all need to do a class action lawsuit against Facebook, Paypal and Beska AKA Amber Tzediyn!

I ordered yard solar lights in May and still haven't received them. $70,00 down the tubes, Can't get anyone to answer me as if this company doesn't exist. I am beyond upset

SCAMMERS. Ordered a dozen torch led lights got cheap dollar store lights that were only 8 “ long. They won’t refund my money unless I pay for return shipping to China. Pay pal says I can have full refund if I return the items that I didn’t order at my cost. Such BS😡
