Hold paypal and facebook accountable for this company/website and all the other fraudulent businesses they choose to accomodate, rather than focusing on the individual website. They don't care as long as they have vendor services like paypal.

BESTKCA READY KNOW HOW TO STEAL MONEY. REALLY LOCATED IN CHINA AND USE READMEAD,CA AS AN ADDRESS I am among those the got ripped off. PayPal must know that Bestkca is ripping off customers. So they shouldn't even give anyone a hard time about getting a refund.

I had the same experience. Ordered 4 solar flame torches and received 4 cheap solar lights. I sent 5 emails and was told i had selected the wrong item and then they stopped replying! Thats £40 il never see again!

If I could give a negative rating I would. Ordered on May 8,2020 $55.00 worth of FLAME TORCH LIGHTS. NOPE got 8 tiny LED lights. I emailed several times and no response. But I did get responses when I emailed why my order was taking so long. Shipment was to be in 8-10 days. Took 29 days. The return place is CHINA but the address on the box was California. Now you know I’ll never get my money back. I’m so very disappointed. I hate liars and the dishonestly of these places. What an absolute waste of money. OH OH don’t bother trying to call. Their number is not a legitimate number 😡

This place is a scam bought one thing sent another. PayPal as usual will not support. PayPal is for the retailer not the consumer.

Total scam! Can not believe I fell for this. Makes you not trust online purchases, other than the big box stores. Shame on them and shame on me too for fallimg for there slick advertising. Sheap plastic solar ligts not what was advertised.
