We just got scammed. Run! Don't use this company. They're scammers .

Do not ever book with this company Bestfaredeal. they are thieves. and they are real liars. I had booked a flight since November 1st so I called to collect my e-tickets, that's when they told me the prices had changed then they convinced us to book for another flight. which we did reluctantly because the trip was really important. And for the new flight we called back for our e-ticket and they told me the payment was not made and we wired them $6,500. they assured us that everything was fine and that we would receive our e-tickets in 3 hours. the day before our trip they called me back to say it was quiet and we had to travel in 2 days, yet I called them every day for a month and they assured me everything was fine. These people are a bunch of thieves. never book with this company again

This Company is a scam. Booked round trip flights and then said the airline was going to upgrade me because basic economy seats were unavailable even thought that’s what I selected. They said no, that I needed to pay $300 per person to upgrade. They argued with me and said I had to pay, no refunds or cancellations either. I checked directly with the airline and they said they had no records of me booked a flight. Scam Alert 🚨 More lies from the reply I received back. Too bad I can’t upload a photo of the email that they sent me confirming my booking.

Filed an official complaint with BBB for fraud.. If you read the positive reviews yo will notice the misspellings and fake names. BBB rates this business with an F and they are working on shutting them down but say it is hard because the company operates from India. Thanks to my credit card company and documents I was able to cancel payment before it processed.. This company is 100% scam..

il on voulu me charger 160$ de plus par personne pour des billets d'avion en raison qu'il n'y avait plus de billet de base, j'ai appeler air canada et ce n'est pas vrai, et il ne voulait pas me rembourser, ce sont des voleurs, j'ai fais annuler ma carte de crédit avant qu'il prenne mon argent.

This is a 100% SCAM!!!! I read all the comments before ordering tickets and thought that it might be just a one-time situation or something subjective, but after booking a ticket from JFK to Bucharest and back for approximately $300$, they called me and asked me to pay $360$ more. I would not mind if I had known from the beginning, but it was a scam. They hook you on a small price and then make you pay even more than other ticket providers. Big SCAM dear all 1 star comments.

tarifs accrocheurs et on vous telephone 5 minutes apres pour vous dire que le tarif affiche n'est pas le bon et qu'ils vous ont trouve une autre option bien sur plus cher. vous refusez, on vous dit qu'il n'y a pas de remboursement possible , on vous crie dessus au telephone, on ne vous permets pas de tenter de comprendre, on vous fait croire que c'est a cause de la compagnie aerienne, quand vous appeler la compagnie, ils n'ont pas recu de reservation de la par de bestfare, les vols qui etaient sois disant indisponible sont disponibles... ne reservez JAMAIS avec ce site, c'est une tentative d'extorsion et de scam du debut a la fin, ils ne respectent pas les lois du consomateur.

I booked ticket and ask me to pay additional but they booked me in different time on the email they sent. Sad is they will not call you at all, you will be always calling them. Giving you refference booking number, I called air ticket company, different time. At the end, the air company will return your money, but this company have already charge you with tax. Please do not book in this company
