The follow-up of Louise to solve my issue is really appreciated.

Good service by Louise!

Claire was very helpful and answer all my questions. She is very knowledgeable and understands how to deal with new and existing customers. Highly recommend their service.

Louis was very professional

Merci Louise pour l'excellent service.

Bonne expérience avec Louise pour avoir des billets à un bon prix.

My five stars only goes to the agent, Claire. She was kind, caring and professional. I was very disappointed because the seat that I paid for was suddenly unavailable two hours later. It was then left up to the customer to upgrade at a much higher price. The company should have compensate by offering another seat at the same price. That is considered good customer service. I was not the one at fault here. Claire’s customer service was awesome. She was patient and helpful and understanding of my disappointment. She’s to be commended. However, in future I will not be using this company for my travels. Their bait and switch tactics was unprofessional and unbecoming.

I recently had the pleasure of booking my vacation through with Claire, and I cannot recommend her highly enough! From start to finish, the service was outstanding. She is amazing, thanks you Claire
