I purchased tickets in hood faith and the next week they called and tripled the cost. When I told them I didn’t want to buy the tickets at the new price, they said they couldn’t refund the original purchase price. DO NOT USE THESE SCAM ARTISTS FOR AIRLINE TICKETS OR ANYTHING ELSE. I had to cancel my credit and debit card to ensure not being charged. How this is legal is outrageous. I’m going to be reporting them to BBB and anywhere else appropriate.

C’est de l’arnaque , fuyez cette compagnie. J’ai pris 3 billets sur le site pour Montréal Abidjan aller-retour vers midi et j’ai reçu un émail avec la confirmation le vol et le montant qui semblait être sérieux. Et vers 16h je reçois un appel pour me dire qu’il n’y a pas de siège pour le retour et que je dois payer 1200$ de plus pour des sièges retours ,je dis c’est pas possible que je paye 1200$ de plus car j’avais déjà payé 3735$ dont j’avais reçu la confirmation et détail par émail . L’agent me dit si je paie pas les 1200$ de plus que je serais pas remboursé.je lui ai dit que j’avais pas cette somme car c’était trop pour moi mais non elle me dit de payer sinon j’aurais pas mes billets ni mon argent. J’ai appelé ma banque qui m’a demandé d’appeler royale air Maroc pour voir s’il avait des sièges pour le vol et s’il avait une réservation à mon nom . Et bien ils ont des sièges disponibles pour le vol retour donc best fare deal ma mentir . Ma banque m’a ensuite fait savoir que si je reçois pas les billets ils vont demander le remboursement pour service non reçu . Un de leurs agents ma appeler hier pour encore me dire de payer les 1200$ je lui ai dit non elle dit me rappeler aujourd’hui chose par faite .alors j’ai dit à ma banque de procéder au démarches pour service non reçu .je sais que cava prendre du temps mais soit ils me donnent mes billets comme acheter avec eux ou soit ils me retourne mes 3735$ car c’est pas moi qui est annulé ou modifié le billet c’est eux alors je compte appeler Mastercard pour signaler leur fraude.et aussi je ferais plus affaire avec eux ni mon entourage. Et je leur ferai une très mauvaise publicité sur mes réseaux sociaux ou j’ai pas mal de followers .

Furthermore, they're a company who mislead customers where we booked for a round-trip to Zurich, and they tell us there are no available seats for the returning flight. This raises concerns on why would they advertise such prices if there's no available seats? It's a deliberate tactic to get you to pay more. We ended up paying 41% extra than what we originally paid just to get the returning flight.

However, they informed me that no seats were available for my return flight from San Diego to Vancouver. They also stated that the deal was non-refundable. They offered me an alternative return flight with one stop at an additional cost, which I do not want. The issue is that I did not see any terms and conditions mentioning a non-refundable policy. Additionally, when I searched for the exact same flight (same date, time, and direct route), I found it at a lower price. This company is a scam. I strongly advise everyone not to purchase tickets from BestFareDeal.com. They advertise extremely low fares, but once you provide your payment details, they come up with excuses to charge you more.

After giving all info; including credit card, the card payment was somehow denied. No problem here! 2 minutes later trying to book again price went up with 35% from $947 to S1250. They try to call you from 301 area code - Maryland USA, their posted office address is in Surrey, British Columbia. Fishing scam.
