Never doing business with them , scammers , not professional , took my money and they keeping leading me on because they don’t want to send my refund , every time I call the manager isn’t there!

Comme plusieurs commentaires ici, j'ai vu les tarifs les plus bas puis une fois que l'agent m'a appelé avec un accent français approximatif, il m'a dit que je dois payer 200$ de plus car les places de bases. Déjà que le numéro de téléphone affiche Maryland USA, j'ai compris que c'était louche, donc j'ai cherché les avis sur ce site et je suis tombé sur des commentaires accablants ici, donc malgré que l'agent a essayé de m'appeler pour me convaincre, j'ai dit que j'annulais, il ne voulait pas l'accepter mais comme il n'avait pas mes coordonnées bancaires il a fini par raccrocher

Decepcionante servicio, llegué al aeropuerto y NO tenia viaje!!!, el pago con OTRA carta de crédito fue rechazada.....donde quedó el pago con MI TARJETA, ELENA GOMEZ NUNCA estuvo para Devolver mi dinero.....GRAN ESTAFA!!!!!

This is a scam. I saw an international flight that was the best option I could find online on jetcost. I was brought to them and booked. Oct 9. Less than 30 min later they called and told me that there was no more place in economy “basic” only in economy “standard” for almost double the price. I was like Uhm okay thanks but no thanks and they then found another option that fitted my budget. Total: $1600. Once I paid, they took $1487. Which to me rang bell to oddness! Once paid, I got a booking confirmation from air Canada but never my payment receipt nor my ticket from bestfare. Mind you, my flight was supposed to be on the 21st of October. Every 2 days I called, repeatedly to have news and all I got was : we’re dealing with “technical issues” called my bank and they said there’s been a lot of fraudulent transaction from best fare and a lot of complaint. Till now (oct.20) I still haven’t received a thing and the booking doesn’t exist anymore at air Canada. Anytime I call from my own phone the call goes nowhere (I was blocked) so to get a hold of someone I need to use google phone numbers or relatives numbers. RIDICULOUS DO NOT BOOK OR PAY THESE SCAMMERS!

L’une des pires expériences de notre vie. Nous avons réservé 2 billets pour l’Australie 2 mois à l’avance et effectué le paiement le jour même. Tout semblait ok. 24h avant le départ, nos billets ont disparus de l’application de United Airlines. Nous avons communiqués avec eux et nous ont informés que Bestfairdeals n’a jamais payé ces billets. Lorsque nous les avons contacté, ils disaient que ce n’était pas ça et que d’autre vols étaient disponibles à 1 000,00$ de plus et à d’autres dates. C’est une fraudes. Éviter à tout prix ce site.

Je n'ai jamais eu autant de problème à réserver des billets d'avion. Je suis a 4 jours de mon départ, toujours rien reçu. Le numéro de PNR qui m'ont donner indique réservation annulée. Évidemment aucune réponse à mes courriels, aucun retour d'appel. Bref je donne rarement mon avis mais cette fois-ci, si vous ne voulez pas avoir de problème ne faites pas affaire avec eux. Que du stress, des problèmes et aucune certitude que je décolle dans 4 jours.

I want to share the disastrous experience I had with this company. From the very beginning, we were forced to pay unjustified additional fees under the pretext that there were no seats available on our return flight. The only option offered was an upgraded seat at a much higher cost. However, after checking, the flight we had originally booked was never actually full. On top of this, some of our reservations were canceled without any prior notice or explanation. We were left without information and without any proper solution. For more than seven consecutive days, we had to call multiple times in an attempt to get answers and, above all, to receive our return tickets… which never arrived. Each call ended with vague promises or unrealistic delays, but no real follow-up was ever done. Such behavior clearly shows a blatant lack of professionalism, seriousness, and respect for customers. Their chaotic management and inability to fulfill even the most basic commitments make this company completely untrustworthy. I strongly advise against doing business with them.
