I admire the fact that an agent called to inform me that the ticket I had originally purchased was not available anymore. Daniel was patient and kind to assist me in finding a ticket that was reasonable. Thanks Daniel for your assistance. I truly appreciate you.

Mr. Hebrew was very polite, kind and helpful. However, this is the first time using your services and I felt very uneasy. I thought I was dealing with a second party (Cheap flights) and suddenly I was communicating with a third party Best Fare Deal. It also took more than 24 hours for me to receive communication with my e-tickets. Fingers crossed that have no issues once I get to the airport.
