I booked a flight through Bestfaredeal with Delta airlines and later found out that there wasn't a seat for me. I received a called from Stella informing of that. Stella assisted me to get another flight for the same days but on a different airline. She was able to book a flight and send me the confirmation within 24 hours. Stella was very informative and professional. The only thing was that I had to pay a little more for the tickets than originally.

Le doy 4 estrellas sólo porque el sr Sergio fue muy amable tramitando mis boletos. Sin embargo, ofrecian un vuelo que reservé y pagué y luego me llamaron diciendo que ya no tenían espacio en ese vuelo y tuve que cambiar todo mi itinerario y además pagar un monto extra. Esto no me parece bien.

In which, full responsibility falls on the customer whether flights are overbooked and or cancelled for any reason. Customers are subject to airline policies.
