Paul Smith fixed my situation with the e-tickets and stela Wilson helped with my booking.

Christina was very helpful and provided many options for flights and costs. Really appreciated her help

I had a great experience this week when the airfare that I purchased on line was no longer available. At that point Mike Mayers rich out to me via Email and call me upon the phone to make sure I was aware of the situation and offer me tickets on the same flights for a higher price but some discounts. He was very professional and guided me through the process and calm me down.Today my E tickets were issued and I am a happy Customer. Thanks Digna Cordova

Mike Mayers was really good in handling my situation. I had an issue with my booking that he was able to resolve very quickly. It is my opinion that he knows what he's doing and I hope that the company will continue to work with him because he is a great asset to this company.

Mike was very helpful.
