My experience with Mike Jr was very professional and he is exceptionally patient and courteous on the line. After hearing that my tickets purchased were pending from Mike, because of a sold out situation. His calming intonation quickly pacified my emotions and reduce every sense of anxiety and panic episodes. It was a pleasure working with with Mike Jr and I will always look forward to dealing / working with him in the near future once any trips are to scheduled.
