BestfaredealReviews of bestfaredeal.com

This website is clickbait. They advertise low prices that could not be fulfilled. You pay for the ticket and later they contact you, blaming the airline, and tell you they can't fulfill the reservation. They then proceed to offer you tickets for over 300% of the price you booked and try to scam you out of a refund. After much arguing over the phone and email exchanges, I got my refund but you are better off avoiding this website. Also, after they promised me a refund, they insinuated that they would process my request only after I gave them a good review... no, thanks!

We booked a flight for a family vacation listed on their website and paid. Then they told us that the flight was no longer available so we asked for our money back. They said that was impossible and they booked us on a different flight that was more money. It happens. They sent us all the documentation and our itinerary. We went to check in and discovered that they had canceled our booking. Not expecting to get money back from this scam. Update: Reading through all the reviews on this site, I am starting to think that every review that contains the name of the representative in the first sentence is so formulaic that it's authenticity is... questionable Our flight wasn't canceled...our booking was cancelled. Update: Our credit card has been canceled twice since booking due to fraudulent charges. Update: here is how the scam works as best as I can tell. After purchasing tickets online, they will call and say that the tickets we purchased are not available (because it likely doesn't exist), but that the money is non-refundable. They then say they will book another flight that costs more money. They have a travel agency or contract with one that books actual flights. They then send a real verifiable itinerary. Customer does not realize that it's a scam. Before the flight, the travel agency will then cancel the flight for either money or credits, and when the customer goes to check in, they are told that the tickets were canceled. When best fare deal is asked for a refund, they say the customer canceled the tickets and received credits, and decline any responsibility. And chances are good that the original purchase is outside the window where the credit card company can do a chargeback or will even offer fraud protection. The address for this company is a UPS store in Maryland. All of the positive reviews here are spam.

Pay for 7 tickets a total of $4000 plus $$ to fly to the Caribbean, only to find out all reservations were cancelled after i finished paying. Contacted best fare deals and was told by the representative it was a problem with the airline and it will be fixed . On the day of my trip, still no reservations. I had to purchased 7 additional tickets and now best fare deals is giving me the runaround to get my money back. They are not trustworthy, I would not recommend using them. Beware.

I was purchasing tickets but later changed mind to another website but 2 days later got a call from Paul Smith which had a indian accent and all was going good but then he asked for my info i gave him my name i sent him that but then he told me about payment he gave me 50 percent off but he told me that he will send me a paypal link for payment but then i realised that paypal isn't where i'll be sending the website the money but it was the money that i will be sending him then i realised its a scam that he was preparing for so i told him i dont want it anymore and he was sort of angry and begging be aware it was very believable but was a scam

THIS IS A SCAM - DO NOT BUY TIKCETS WITH THEY

I purchased ticked for my spouse and myself for Boston to Chicago. Got a great fare at $399 for both tickets. I provided all the necessary info and payment and waited for a confirmation. The next day I called to add my TSA numbers and asked about the confirmation number. They told me that the tickets were for Basic Coach Fare and those tickets are the last sold and if the plane is sold out we wouldn't get on the flight. They told me I could get confirmed tickets for $900 and they would be glad to process them for me. I was very angry and told them to cancel everything. Daniel argued with me and would not let me speak and I had to yell to get his attention. This is a scam, they sell you cheap tickets and then tell you they aren't available and try to sell you tickets at a higher cost. Stay away from these guys.

Worse experience ever They don’t give you the tickets you booked, instead they want to sell you very expensive tickets I ended up not flying to my destination because of their scam. You can’t cancel once you book, but you also not getting tickets unless you pay double the price. You are stuck in a big scam Don’t use them!!! Bad bad business

On 11/28/22 We booked Delta flights for a family of four from LAX to Miami, FL. The website has cheap pricing of $200 per ticket, however when we booked the tickets it shown pending status. Then they called us back and told us they don't have those seats available and we have to pay $500 per ticket which is more expensive than normal price online. This is bait and switch, trying to lure you to buy something more expensive. SCAM.
