This company is in India gurgaon and these people charge the card after showing fake price and the booking is also not confirmed.please be careful they are scammers.

I book a trip since March with bestfaredeal.com Last Sunday while searching for my flight status I found out that my return flight doesn’t exist I try to contact the person that helped me booking the flight and they don’t answer my emails. I call the 800 number and they’re not very help full. The last person I talked told me that he will call me back in 24 hrs. He never did and now nobody is answering the phone. I’m suppose to go on my trip this Saturday June 15 😡 very upset and disappointed my family and I were so happy looking forward for our first trip.

We are supposed to fly this June 4, 2024. Christiana James took all our travel details and emailed us our flight confirmation. However 2 days ago we called our airline to confirm our flights but it did not show any. we then reached out to bestfare deal and they are not taking any responsibility on this. we are all set with our trip, what do we do now? This is a big scam!! they took our $9300 payment!!!

La reserva nunca se hizo la cual fue hecha el 13-02-2024, segun Martin Right quien me asistio debido a la cancelacion de la empleada me que atendio ese dia, en donde esta me envio el itinerario el cual no existia en Jet blue.. luego Martin R. queria yo pagara otro vuelo mas caro y que despues me harian el reembolso de la compra anterior y cobrarian S49.64.......por un error de ellos pago yo como cliente...... le solicite el reembolso del dinero y segun el e tres dias dedo esperar para que se refleje en mi tarjeta...... en todos los numeros intentaba comunicarme contestaba la misma persona.........esto sucedio 5/7/2024..... si en tres dias no recibo el reembolso, dejare otra resena........ y si me reembolsan dejare la resena positiva......hago esto para que no se dejen enganar de esta pagina........

This is a scam. They showed me a good deal and then was unable to give me the flight tickets. I tried many times to work with them and gave them plenty of time to make things right. They keep saying I am working on it and then they send over another confirmation number which means nothing because anyone can do that. I am now disputing the charges as they have yet to follow through.

Don't trust this page is Spam and they get your money and never send you a confirmation flight number. My Case is with the FBI they are following this group of people.

The Agent Christiana did an amazing job convincing us until we noticed that we could not confirm the tickets on the airline's site. Anytime we made an inquiry, the tickets were repurchased and canceled. This was done 7 times until we were told that she was fired and tickets do not exist. Waste of time and money since we have to repurchase tickets at a higher cost months after our initial purchase. Screwing up 36 people in the process. Shame on Bestfaredeal! Total scam do not fall for this!

Christiana James from Best Fare deal is a scammer including the entire company. Do not purchase from the company. I purchased my ticket in February only to find out in April that there was not ticket issued. I tried to get my $ back but they company was not helpful and the gave hard time getting my refund. They claimed they. knew nothing about the scam even though the charged my card. I repeat again DO NOT PURCHASE YOUR TICKETS FROM THEM!!! RUN!!🏃‍♂️
