This ocean projector item is a total scam. Please do not waste your hard earned money. It is ABSOLUTELY nothing like it portrays in its ad. NOTHING! I seldom write a review but this one has me pissed that I fell for it. Thought the grandkids would enjoy it at bedtime. They would be insulted by this product. Each “slide” is put into it & there is only 1! Creature projected. For instance you only see 1 shark and it’s about 18 inches in size on your ceiling or wall!

Ordered 2 weeks ago, received order confirmation. No movement since when checking online. I emailed and got the same email, word for word, each day telling me it was waiting to be collected but yet still nothing - even though their site says posted on day of order. I asked to cancel 2 days ago and, when I tried emailing yesterday, I am now blocked. My status online today shows order cancelled but I'm worried I won't get the money back. Reported to fraud team at the bank who are investigating. AVOID AVOID AVOID
