I own a 2002 Casita Travel trailer (17") and with a 1 battery box, when boon-docking I had limited power with an AGM battery. So I upgraded to a lithium phosphate battery and also updated my MAGNETEK 6336 converter/charger to properly charge the new battery. After much research, i chose to buy the upgrade from bestconverter.com. They had a upgrade for the Magnetek 6336 converter/charger originally installed to a new PD4635V 35Amp converter/charger that would fully charge the new lithium battery. The web site had detailed instructions on installing the new upgrade and when I had a question I was able to talk with a live human. I am very happy with the power upgrade and i would recommend Best converter for your power needs.

I purchased my Progressive Dynamics PD 4655VL PD 4655VL 55 Amp Converter from this store in May 2020 and had a great experience. Ordered on Thursday and unit shipped next day. Received it a few days later and was able to install it and get my trailer back up and running. Thanks Bestconverter! Called on a Saturday. Randy answered. understood what I needed and sold me the part . Fedex was 2 days late shipping and the box was destroyed. Called Randy and he answered right away. answered my questions and we were done in 2 minutes. Best service I've had in years and I'm in the automotive business. Plus I checked for a better price and he was $50 cheaper than anyone else. What more could you ask for?

I recently ordered a new Trimetric solar power meter from Best Converter. I placed the order at 7:30 on a Saturday evening, and to my surprise I got an e-mail from a gentleman there named Randy a few minutes later, asking me if I also wanted to order a shunt with it (without a shunt it can't tell you how many amps are going in and out of the system). Since I already had a shunt (I was replacing an identical unit that I had accidentally shorted out on a hot wire) I didn't need one, but I greatly appreciated Randy's concern that I might have forgotten a required part. The meter was shipped first thing Monday morning and I had it the next day! Great service, highly recommended.
