Christine was great when giving quotes and getting everything situated. The company sent the wrong truck but Jamaal loaded majority of it on the first truck and then took part off and put on a second truck then came back and put the rest on the truck. We were told delivery would occur on 10/1 never did. We were told 10/2 never happened. Told 10/3 never happened. Delivery happened on 10/4 but not all stuff delivered. Then, phone calls and emails were never returned. Finally a delivery driver by the name of Sean Jones called and said delivery was going to happen on 10/16 never happened, 10/17 never happened, then 10/18 finally delivered rest of items. He just basically dropped items off in the rooms that they were supposed to go but didnt set anything up. He had an attitude entire time. I have filed a complaint with the better business bureau as well. Do not use this moving company!!!!

I signed a contract with safe travels. Paid 800$ deposit and they scheduled my move. They were to pick up between 1 and 6 at my apartment in Tennessee. Well first movers didnt take job. At 9:30 at night promised they were on their way. Best Choice shows up finally at 12:30 am. One guy packed up the truck when I was told 3 would be there. He was from B est Choice. After packing my stuff I paid what I was told half the deposit for my move. 3 days later after calling both companies I got worried. I got a call back from best choice that the price had changed? They didnt quote the the right amount of space it would be more. I was quoted for full move was under 2000. I had paid 800 to safe travels the 550 to best choice. After a week with no contact from either company and no one i had numbers to would call or text back. After I recalled my payment best choice contacted me. I had to pay them 8oo and was told my load would leave Monday. They couldnt give me confirmation they had my stuff. Was told this last Monday when it shipped to me I would receive pictures. No pictures or contact. One call saying I needed to pay 1100. To ship my load. It's been a week and supposedly my stuff is in north Carolina. I Do not recommend the company to anyone. And if you pay them with venmo make sure to check the box so you can get your money back when they hold your funiture hostage!

The two gentlemen movers came to my house and packed everything that I requested neatly and promptly. When my items arrived at the destination, one gentlemen unloaded all the items and placed them in the location requested with a smile.

Best Choice Moving Services was great! The guys moving everything did an amazing job and handled absolutely everything with care. Everyone was super helpful, and I would definitely recommend them to anyone planning a move. I would absolutely use them again!

This was the absolute worst service experience ever. I suggest anyone looking to move to stay far from this company. They are unprofessional. Lack of communication. Lots of deception and inconsistencies throughout the entire process. My things were picked up in GA on 6/28, with a promise to deliver to TX by 7/3. On top of that, I was charged an additional $2000 from the original quote I received that I had to come upnwith on the spot or else they wouldn’t pick up my things. The day of promised delivery came and my stuff didn’t show up, so I followed up and called them and was informed that they actually have an average of 2 week to make the delivery. That was annoying but I accepted that explanation. After 2 weeks from my promise date, I followed up and every day since. They lied so much about my delivery date. I was always told “today or tomorrow you can expect your delivery”. On 7/21 they attempted a delivery and it wasn’t even my stuff!!! They delivered a totally different family’s property so when I asked where ny things were, I was yelled at by the coordinator/pick up guy and told that he mixed me up with a different family! All this while I was told that my things were taken to NC but this whole time it was still in GA. The pick up guys forgot where he picked up and left my stuff!!! I kept called everyday to get an update, I was finally informed on 7/29 of where my items were stored and asked for pictures as proof, which they provided. I was then told my things would be delivered within 3 days only for them to, ofcourse, have lied again! I finally received my things on 8/6!! 6 weeks after pickup!!! Stay far away from them!

Eddy and Jamal were punctual & friendly. They wrapped all the furniture and were amazing packers. Filling the truck was like a puzzle to get all of our stuff in there. Jamal had a very impressive work ethic. He was careful with our belongings but also worked quickly. He was a stand out! Thank you Jamal and the guys.

This company was fast and reliable.My mother was able to received her items within an 24 hours. Dimetris trips was very friendly and polite.

Moving is stressful. Period. And let’s be honest, moving companies sometimes get a bad reputation for all kinds of reasons. So when my niece’s move hit a major snag after her original moving company never showed up, this Auntie was stressed. Then D., Malik and Jamal from Best Choice Moving Services showed up and completely changed everything. D. received a call the night before and he and his crew showed up early, ready to help. From the moment they arrived, they were friendly, professional, patient and incredibly helpful. They immediately put us at ease and took such great care of my niece. What impressed me most was how thorough they were. They went over inventory multiple times, carefully explained how much truck space was allotted, walked us through the storage process and explained that her belongings would be kept in a climate-controlled environment. They even advised us to call a couple weeks ahead so they could get her scheduled to deliver everything across the country to her next location once she has her move-in date. They didn’t just move boxes. They brought peace of mind during a stressful situation. As an aunt, seeing people genuinely care for someone you love means everything. I cannot express my gratitude enough for D., Malik and Jamal. They stepped in during a difficult situation and made us feel cared for every step of the way. Beyond grateful they were the ones who showed up. Best Choice Moving Services truly lived up to their name.
