Best Car Shipping IncReviews of bestcarshippinginc.com

The company that actually shipped the car is fine, But, Best Car Shipping, Inc are simply brokers who give quotes that are not lived up to. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY. They quote a price and then at the last minute say that hey cannot find a transporter that will transport the car for said price. Turns out that the cost originally quoted was about half of what I had to pay. Then at the last minute that was advertised to be included. They also charged a $175.00 deposit. Then after the car was picked up by the actual transport company, they called and wanted another $450.00 broker fee. I told them to go fly a kite. None of these hidden fees were disclosed by the broker. I feel lied to, taken advantage of and scammed. Find another real transport company and contract with the actual company who owns the transport vehicle. I will never do business with these people again. They are smooth operators, unprofessional in not disclosing everything verbally up front, and need to be held accountable.

BE AWARE! THEY ARE NOT THE BEST CAR SHIPPING. Contacted Joel Austin, set up 2 customer vehicles in Oct, 24,2025 and needed to make sure vehicles arrive Nov 3rd for the SEMA 2025. High Broker FEE $750 plus driver fees upon pick up/delivery $600 each way. Signed contract, and boy, they will convince you they can be TRUSTED, BUT DONT BE FOOLED! The drivers truck broke down, and Joel emailed me driver has found parts and ready to be picked up Saturday, Nov, 1st. NO SHOW, now Joel tells me Monday, on the day of our EVENT, driver not available, they were supposed to have pick up vehicles by 7-8 am Monday, cancelled. EMERGENCY driver shows up 2 1/2 hrs later. LATE!! with the WRONG TOW TRUCK, had to help him load the Lambo with wood boards, (no choice) Contract states pick up is Friday, NOV 7TH email joel Nov 5th just to remind him, no answer, Friday, even is over, cars need to get pulled out of the Con Center, waiting in the pick-up area, NO SHOW!! NO SHOW. CALLED JOEL, LEFT HIM 2 VOICE MAIL MESAGES, TODAY, MONDAY, HE NEVER HAD THE COURTACY TO CALL ME. Called other brokers, no trucks available, and broker told us BEST CAR SHIPPING never reserved a pickup driver for us. ALSO, NO DRIVERS AVAILABLE AT ALL SINCE SEMA TOOK ALL AVAILABLE DRIVERS. I now had to find a storage that could store all vehicles; they all close by 6p. No storages available, WORST CAR SHIPPING COMPANY IS NOT RELEABLE AT ALL!!!!! DO NOT USE THEM. I WILL CONTACT BETTER BUSINESS BUREAU WILL CONTACT CONSUMER AFFAIRS AND SOCIAL MEDIA! TERRIBLE!!!

Bad experience. They had no driver available. I specifically asked them not to lie about the price at the time of deliver the car, but they never responded. They promised to pick up the car and never showed up, saying they didn’t have a driver. They also said they would return my deposit within 7 business days, and it has now been 15 with no response and no refund.

Bait and switch and there good at it don’t trust this company. They did deliver my cars in three days and on time, but they got me for an extra $2000. it’s not the drivers fault. It’s the schedulers. They are total scam artist you can try if you want, but be cautious and beware.

Horrible company, save your time, stress, and money. I worked with Mike Ross and booked my car shipping for mid June, 6/12, way back in April from Austin to Chicago. Come June, I called him again and he said he's still working on it. On 6/11, he said he had no one to ship my car. I had to told him I was going to Chicago in the afternoon on 6/13 and need my car picked up before then, and yet he didnt find anyone. Last minute, he raised the price from $445 (the price he promised me over and over again and was put in the contract) to upwards of $800 and said there's nothing he could do about it. I had to leave my car back in Austin and will be figuring out with someone else. They then told me they'd refund my $100 and I still haven't received the refund. It's now August.

We were scammed. The quoted one price and on day of shipping said because of the distance the price would nearly double, even though they knew the distance when we booked and then forced us to pay another deposit or wouldn't pick up. We paid because we had the need. Also supposed to get enclosed and they sent open and we were told "what's the big deal?" OH and the amount changed yet again and refused to send us updated contract with new amount. We were scammed DO NOT USE THEM

Complete and total frauds do not use this company they will rip you off they are completely unreliable frauds they took my money never called me back I have called them 50 times and now these cowards won't even answer the phone do not use them I hope they go out of business or get sued. Live and learn look up reviews before you ever spend your money on anything especially these fraudsters

I recently moved from New York to California with this company and they are the worst. Joel called and texted me for weeks to book with them the moment I did the communication with silent. The day comes from my pick up no call or text from Joel until I called him four times. After, Steve calls me to tell me their no one available to pick my car up and it will have to be tomorrow. He also told me that Joel was available even though I just got off the phone with him. After a long back and forth, Steve says he going to call me back because he going to try to find me a driver. Three hours later I had to call them company to be told they found someone for twice the price. After another back and forth he put me on the phone with Mike the manager and I received a “discount”. If you sign a contract with this company make sure in the contract they put that the price they told you for weeks is the final price before signing. When the driver came to pick my car, I had belongings in the car even though the contact says that we can have 100 pounds in the car. The driver informed me no one explain it to him and that I have to pay extra(so much for the discount). The driver was for the company Carrier United All Express. He was sweet and understanding of you can just contact the company directly for shipping. This is the worst company ever. I wasn’t going to write a review until they contacted me and ask what would I rate them and when I said 1. They doing mad and told me this was a 5 start service. I don’t write reviews ever(check my account) but they deserve it
