It ok but I think I have chosen the wrong color

I did a lot of research on various online canvas art and found the reviews for Best Canvas Art to be the best and most reliable which was why I ordered three canvas art pictures. Shipment was fantastic, onetime and quick. I was out of town and given the ability to delay shipment for a week using the provided links in the shipment communication. The smaller 24” pictures looked great. The larger 40” art was a little pixelated, but still okay. Would not recommend ordering large pictures.

Fast and prompt delivery service. I like the print out of the forest but I didn't like the window frame. It didn't really feel like I was looking out into the forest through that window frame. I wanted it in the living room but it looks better in the bedroom.

The product is great but the communication on what to expect is lacking. They honestly have about the worst communication as any business I’ve seen . But the product I’m very happy with now I k ow I just wouldn’t worry about if they got my order if they received payment and what is going on with my order . I think it took a few weeks which is ok . I would by again just don’t expect Amazon 2 day delivery or communication!

Bought a fall setting window art for my wife's office and she absolutely loves it. Now she wants a winter setting one to change out with the seasons. Sounds like a good Christmas gift!

I received my canvas in a timely manner. I was surprised though, when I noticed 2 international charges against my card. Although they were small amounts, it should be stated when purchasing. I love the canvas.

The canvas I got was mostly 'as advertised'. Unfortunately, the clarity of the beach scene up close is a little blurry. That was disappointing, but in general, you are looking at the picture from afar, and because of that, you don't notice that it's not pixelated like you see up close. In general, I would probably order from these guys again.

The artwork is great! I love it and looks great above my fireplace. The only thing that made me a little nervous was that you put the charge through on my charge card BEFORE the item even shipped. I didn't even get an email from you within the 3-5 days you mentioned when I ordered. So, I disputed the charge on my credit card thinking it was a scam. I finally got an email (7 days later) stating my item would arrive on a certain date and it didn't. I understand there could be shipping delays. I did receive my artwork the next day however. I then canceled the dispute on my charge card. My experience in the past when ordering online is the charge shows under pending transactions until the item is shipped. Nancy Kunkel
