The print looks a lot darker in person than the photos online. Will be asking to return for a refund.

Picture looked good on interior advertisement. Little disappointed with the term canvas. More like a photo pasted on lightweight material. In the future, will probably buy a regular "canvas" from local art dealers. Not very good quality for price.

*******UPDATE: Customer Service reached out to me and offered to reimburse me 15% This does say something for the company’s customer satisfaction being a priority. ****** The photo on the website is much more vivid and rich. Actual product is underwhelming. Pixilated and looks computer generated.

I received my canvas last week and the quality wasn't as I had expected. The customer service team was good at communicating and working out a solution with me.

This could be an exceptional product but lack of communication and a frustrating order system leaves you praying you get your product. I did want a personalized canvas and that's what arrived. It is a little blurry and could be fixed with adjusting of size of canvas but, there's nothing to be done about it now. I found the ordering system was very confusing and when I tried to reach out to talk to a human, that experience was even worse. Emails had links that didn't work and while the emails were timely they weren't helpful. There was no notice of shipping or tracking but arrived safely. While I wish my picture was clear it looks good from where I wanted to hang it. But the whole experience was not something I would recommend to anyone. It's a shame but, I think this company cares more about the money than really producing the best canvas wall art.

It was a lot smaller than i would have liked it it looks better on the Internet.
