The pictures didn't come out very clear. I contacted customer service, i still didn't get a response.

I feel the picture itself is pretty but I am disappointed in the quality of the picture. It is very grainy and does appear as clear as the image on the website as advertised.

Ordering process was very good. Communication was good. The negative was shipment arrival time. This was purchased for a wedding shower. We ordered on Sept 16th. The expected delivery date was the Sept 27th. The gift did not show up until Oct 3rd. The shower was Oct 2nd. We ordered from this company due to the expected delivery date. We would have purchased a different gift if we knew it would have been late.

Has a pink tone throughout including the window frame within that I wasn’t expecting. I would like to return but they do not offers refunds or exchanges.

A fair piece of art at best. I got a generic small piece to check quality. Its not worth the price I paid. Hobby Lobby or Michaels has better or equal items for less.

Shipping took a little longer than I expected and I was very pleased with how it was packaged, however I was very disappointed in the artwork itself. Once on my wall it did not give the appearance of anything like what I saw online, so much I took it down and put it in storage until I figure out what to do with it….money down the drain sadly.

I received a canvas print of my choosing, due to an issue with a print that was received with wrinkles in it. The replacement arrived in good condition, but the additional print had wrinkles in it. The company has offered to replace it. They replied quickly and I have used their services for many years and will continue to do so.

I wasn't happy with my item I thought it looked cheap and not anything like what I saw when I ordered it sorry I spent so much money. Now I am stuck with a picture I don't want to hang.
