Bestbuyeyeglasses.com is a scam. They said the order will arrive in 6 to 12 days, but it's been 20 days and they have not even shipped it. So I emailed Customer Service and asked for the date of arrival, but they completely refused to answer --four times. And when I tried to cancel the order, customer for service said, "reach out to our contact center." WTF? Stay away from Best Buy Eyeglasses.

After ordering a set of Side Shields for my Safety Glasses I was very surprised at the lack of communication and customer service. after waiting a month, no contact was made. I finally started to check out the problem and found the customer service non-existent. I finall learned that the side shields would be ordered from the manufacturer, but after a month, haven't been ordered. Wow. The company should learn to communicate with their customers. Still waiting on side shields or refund after over 45 days. BEWARE

Ordered 2 frames. Called to ask if frames were in stock and ready to ship. I was told they were. Five days later I get an email saying both frames had been discontinued. Why was it on your site then??? Don’t waste your time.

I would leave zero stars if possible. Buyer beware, this company will take your money and you will never get your glasses. I was told processing would be 3 to 8 days with a prescription. My credit card was charged after the first day I placed the order, and I was assured that this only happens when the glasses leave the warehouse to go to the lab. 14 days later no glasses or updates. Spoke to a customer service agent for the third time, this time a “supervisor.” Was told that the frames had been shipped and were being worked on. Days later I called back and this time was told my frames had never been in stock and I would need to place a new order. But no one bothered to let me know this, and I was also lied to and my credit card was charged for frames that did not exist. And they had no plans on letting me know this, they were happy to keep my money and never let me know that my glasses were in fact not even available. Three different representatives including a supervisor had told me that they were shipped and were being processed. Just please be careful and stay far away from this company. Especially if you need glasses any time this decade.

Their quality has gone way down over the years. I made an order in 2017 without any problem, but recently had multiple issues with an order. These issues really ran the gamut of poor quality and service, including my first order not being tracked and being "lost" (and a replacement only being shipped after multiple calls), the replacement pair having obvious defects on the lenses, and the second replacement being the incorrect color (somehow changing between the two previous orders), and, finally, my return request being processed as an exchange. It's been over two months since my original order was set to arrive and I don't have my glasses or my refund. If you do place an order through them make sure to be ready to track your own order and really advocate for yourself, because once Best Buy Eyeglasses has your payment they dgaf about your experience.

Terrible basically criminal service at this point refuses to process a return customer service is so un trained and underpaid please take your money elsewhere cause they always screw up and never provide the service they advertise.

I've been dealing with the back and forth with this company for almost 3 months one rep will say one thing the other one something different I've nor once out of 100 times talked with anyone that seemed to kno what was going on with my order! I'm just now stumbling upon these reviews how I wished I would have saw them before hounh through this HEADACHE 🤦‍♀️

Without going into details, I had a problem with some frames and after having them only four months, I decided to exchange them. Their "12-month" warranty is a complete farce. They pretended to send me a return shipping label a couple of times, and I finally resolved the problem by dealing directly with the manufacturer of the frames. Meanwhile, everyone I contacted at BestBuyEyeglasses.com lied to me - that seems to be their corporate policy. Save yourself a ton of hassle by buying from someone else. You may have to pay a little more, but you will be sorry if you buy from BestBuyEyeglasses.com.
