Satisfied but there is room for improvement.
It is the first time I use this kind of service and I am I would use again. Just some observations: I specified that the vehicle was over size when I asked for the estimate. Then, at the time to assign a carrier, the cost was higher because of the size. Still, I think that the cost was fair. Also, pick up and delivery was not the scheduled day but next day. Finally, there should be more options for payment. Thank you.
