Customer service a little glitchy but turned out ok
*Upping my review because Joni at Besame reached out to me and was very helpful. The AI thing is new and they are working it out, but they do still have humans!* The lipsticks are nice for sure. But I had some glitches with the third party delivery service they use, and when I reached out to Besame, I was unable to get human help. Responses to my emails were AI nonsense and nobody answered their phone during business hours. If you order from Besame, know that you will be dealing with bots the whole time, and be ready to do a charge back if needed.
