Horrible experience! I ordered 2 dozen strawberries with free shipping as I'm am Amazon Prime member- and this includes free shipping. Total order was about $35. I checked my order on line to track it and I noticed that I was now charged $81 for 3 shipping charges! I had plenty to say when I called customer service. They credited me for the shipping, but I'll never use them again!

Shari berries simply snacks I paid $40 with shipping and six little bags that my mother received very expensive and the picture they show it's totally not what you got. Very dissatisfied!!!!!;. Need to show picture of actual package and a picture of what you are getting. Very deceiving!!!!

Paid $40 for s dozen strawberries for mother’s day that ended up costing me $72 after shipping! Go with Harry & David instead!!

Ordered berries on Feb 11th to be delivered on Valentine's day. Paid EXTRA to ensure they were received by Thursday, February 14th. Due to weather, I was told they would not come until end of day Friday. We were going out of town that weekend so I cancelled the order (Wednesday). When we got back on Sunday night, there was no box so I thought everything was cancelled. On Wednesday of the following week, I receive a box with melted chocolate on berries. Even the ice they provided in the box was completely melted. They looked horrible! I emailed to receive a refund. No response. So I emailed again and I get a response that since I had emailed earlier and that someone else is handling my question. It is now May 10th and no refund. They initially gave me a $10 credit for the delay. IT WASN'T A DELAY, THE BERRIES LOOKED LIKE SH*%! I will never buy from them again. $56.96 for crap. Never again. Below is their response stating that it would be a day late...but didn't arrive until 2/20/19. Dear Timothy , We are so incredibly sorry. We are unable to deliver the Full Dozen Gourmet Dipped Valentine's Strawberries you thoughtfully selected for Valentine's Day-it will instead be delivered 02/15/2019 . We know this is a poor customer experience. Our goal is to help you make the people in your life feel special, so we felt it was necessary to notify you right away with our sincerest apologies. We understand the impact this delay may have caused so we are processing an immediate $10.00 refund. If you have spoken with a customer service representative about this, disregard this email and rest assured any arrangements you have already made will be honored. Terrible..ordered Easter baskets for my grandchildren with special Saturday delivery.. I had to call on Sunday to find out the order had not even been filled. Offered no apology.. will never order again.

They were delivered four days late, and the quality was beyond unacceptable and unprofessional.

I ordered two of these for valentines day - one for my wife, and another for a friend's wife to help him logistically while he is out of the country. I checked the status late in the selected delivery date, and, without warning, it switched to the next day. No proactive notice at all from Shari's Berries (berries.com). The chat operator first told me to call UPS. Isn't that what most vendors do? Without checking, they blame UPS. They later said they are sorry I was disappointed, as valentines is a very busy time. They are in the flower business, advertising all over, they should be able to handle the volume. Not a bad product (nor great), but I wouldn't recommend it. I like to know my special occasion product will get there without excuses.

Not only was my order not delivered on time, they never even shipped it! I called their so called customer service department and let me just tell you their non-existent service is a complete joke! Do yourself a favor and save yourself time, money, and frustration....go somewhere else!
