The worst customer service I've ever experienced! The order didn't arrive on the date promised and forget about trying to contact them to speak with a representative! We were on hold for over a half hour and left our number for a call back. They called back 4 hours later and there was no one to talk to.....the line was dead! NEVER ORDER FROM THESE PEOPLE!!

Received from son for mother's day..arrived with black ice melted and berries were smuchy..highly disappointed. I have been isolated away from home since this virus started and so looked forward to them to end up disappointed.

Worst customer service EVER. They sold to a larger company and if there is a mistake with your order, plan on spending your whole day being transferred from one person to another at a call center in the Philippines. They say that they will get back to you but it never happens. DON'T DO IT!

Placed an order and bought the subscription for 19.99 for free shipping for a year, then placed another order and the charged full shipping. Now I cant reach them by phone

4/7/2020 I was going to order chocolate covered strawberries for my niece who works in health care (from insurance & staffing side). She's (and team been working from 8 a.m through midnight) as well as taking care of her mom, my only sibling during Covid 19. I was initially happily surprised at Shari's giving free shipping. I was placing an order of a dozen strawberries for $30 and then cancelled it when I saw they were charging a $15 SERVICE FEE! I sent them an email questioning this practice. I will let you know of their response. Did they just move their shipping fees to the service fee section? I think this is awful to gouge during a national health crisis. If they don't change this, I will NEVER buy from them again! 4/7/2020 - I haven't received a reply from Shari's Berries, but I just re-visited their site and they have changed the service fee from $14.99 to $3.00!!!!! THANK YOU FOR THE QUICK CORRECTION!!!!!

I used (2) $20.00 Groupons provided by a friend to place an order for these obscenely expensive strawberries. Both coupons were applied to my order, until AFTER I clicked the Pay button to make up the difference on my credit card. Then, one of the $20 credits was removed from the paid bill. Shari's charged my card for BOTH the $20 AND the extra balance, twice. Both Goupons were voided in the process. Two calls to the support number for Shari's brought basically a "Sorry, we can't do anything..." So basically, this "gift" from my friend cost $65 for 6 strawberries. A call to the Groupon support number was not of any help either. I would !!** STRONGLY **!! suggest you avoid dealing with Shari's Berries and Groupon, unless you like being fleeced.

I had four orders of chocolate covered strawberries, three were delivered the day before valentine's day and the fourth, as if this review 2/20/2020, has yet to be delivered. They told me the 18th and they weren't delivered then the 20th, still not delivered. Doesn't make sense because one if the orders delivered on the 13th was in the same area as the one that hasn't been delivered. I'll never use shari's berries again. They suck!!

2nd year in a row of absolutely the worst strawberries. Last year they were so small. They sent new ones. Still small. My husband got them again this year. Sooo little I could put 2-3 in my mouth at once. One strip of pink icing on each one for decorations. He contacts them and they send more. Now even smaller. Now we're demanding our money back. I can make better ones myself. Lost our business for good.
