If I could give you less than one star I would. Not sure how a company so poorly run can stay in business. Let me say that when you outsource your customer service to a foreign country, it means you simple want someone to answer the phone. it means you don't care about your customers at all. I feel bad for the representatives because you have not provided them with the tools to do their job. My order for my mothers 90th birthday has not delivered after being told delivery times twice. Her birthday has passed and I still don't even know the status of the order.

Do not order from this company. We have ordered from Sharis Berries for years but never again. My Mother's Day present arrival the following Saturday after Mother's day and with that being said the chocolate was melted and the berries were soggy mess. The one ice pak was more of a heat pak instead. We will never purchase from this company again. Support local farmers and dip them yourself they will be much better

Their "Gaurentee" for bad product is a $20 credit. Like I would want to use them again after the embarrassment I felt when my Mother's day gift was disappointing to her. And most strawberries were either tasteless chocolate ( the 4 strawberry cream and 4 plain milk chocolate ones) or overripe and soggy strawberries. Only 3 out of 12 did she enjoy

Not only did my mom's Mother's Day gift (chocolate-covered strawberries) arrive a week and a half late, but she received it moldy, smashed, and at the very end of her driveway. I called customer service who hung up on me once and wouldn't give me a full refund. I am never shopping with this company again.

My strawberries were delivered 3 days late. Customer service has been outsourced to India and goes through 800 Flowers. They called me back at 6 am on Sunday morning. Told me they would give me a refund but it never came. I called back a week later and they told me 800 Flowers couldn't give a refund. They tried to connect me with a Sherri's Berries rep but I hung up after 49 minutes and disputed the charge with my credit card company. Last time I will EVER order berries!!!! I hope 800 Flowers goes bankrupt!

This is the worst company and gift ever. Ruined my present fo my Mother on Mother's day and Customer service has given us the run around. They need to be out of business. Do not order anything from them or 1 800-FLOWERS

Didnt receive the order and have yet to receive an update on it at all. It was supposed to be delivered about a week ago. I'd be fine if they had to delay the order due to Covid-19, which may be the case, but not updating the customer on a delay is not professional. I've already emailed them about five days ago and have yet to get a response.

Jim McCann needs to remove ALL of the bologna about smiles and how much people matter from their advertisements!
