Ordered on September 7, 2020 for delivery on sept 11th. Order never came today for birthday. Upon calling was told they could deliver 5 days from the 11th. Horrible service, this is the 2nd time this has happened.

Avoid this place!!

I have ordered and received Shari's Berries for the last 5yrs at least. This was supposed to be bday gift for my dad delivered on the 27th. The 1st order took over 48hrs to be delivered so they were horrible and inedible once they arrived. The customer service team was quick to respond and offer a replacement package which is exactly what I wanted. I want the gift to be delivered as promised. I received an immediate confirmation that the package would be delivered on 9/1. Now it's looking like he'll never get any edible berries as it shows the package was shipped last night 8/31 around 8:30pm which I thought was perfect since it was about 8hrs ahead of the first package. However, it now shows it won't be delivered until 9/2 end of day. While I appreciated the effort to correct this issue it seems counter productive that the replacement order will take even longer the incorrect first order. If you've ever ordered before you know the cool packs barely last the 24hrs they say. I should also mention that at the first order was tossed under a barely open garage door when delivered. Guessing they wanted to avoid anyone seeing them deliver something they knew was ruined. The only difference I can see is that they are now owned by 1800 flowers and their 100%smile guarantee isn't anything but show because myself and the recipient are definitely not smiling. I now have to find another gift as well as spend additional funds. I can honestly say this is a huge disappointment because we've loved giving and receiving Shari's berries for years. I will not be ordering from them again. I do not suggest them at all!

AWFUL!! Cheap cheap cheap. And hey showed up al upside down ... no stems, small strawberries and I’d never recommend this company! Total dissatisfied and I was actually embarrassed once I was sent the picture of the delivery! Don’t use this company!

Horrible it’s fraud and scam with this company! I order strawberries first through edible they couldn’t deliver so they told me call here. Place an order on Friday for Tuesday delivery never delivered on Tuesday! Call on Wednesday said be end of day never Came! Thursday I was told a replacement was shipped and come Friday never arrived! On Saturday they finally arrived melted and covered in mold! They said was a replacement the customer service is awful! Can’t understand Anyone and they ignore you and said no refunds!

Our berries were never delivered. We were on the phone with them 2 different times on the Friday they were supposed to be delivered and they kept assuring us that they would be delivered by end of day. They never came. Then we called them twice on Monday asking where they were. They assured us they would be there before the end of the day. They never came. Then we called them twice on Tuesday trying to get a refund. Now they're telling us they're trying to send them to some address that we never gave them. We're still fighting to get a refund.

If we could give zero stars we would. Ordered some chocolate covered strawberries and flowers for my partner in KY, I live in OH. The morning of the delivery I got a call from FedEx saying there was no such address. I double checked and they had my gf's street address and my city and state. So I called Shari's Berries so called customer service 3 times and couldn't get any straight answers or a refund. Im having to go through my bank to get my money back. Everyone in customer service was over seas and difficult to understand and hard to get them to understand. I would be placed on hold for long periods of time then they would come back and say 'someone is working on your account' they will call you back. That never happened. AVOID THIS BUSINESS!!! Its a rip off.

Horrible customer service. You pay 45.00$ for 6 strawberries and want to change delivery date to a week LATER and they say not possible, total BS. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY from SHARI’S BERRIES
