My husband had ordered and had it set up for Roses to be delivered 2/12 and Strawberries 2/13. Welllllllll...those dates came and went with not so much as an email message that things would not be here by Valentines Day. I spent 2 hours on phone to operators that barely spoke English trying to get our money refunded. I waited to speak to a supervisor the first time for 25 minutes and then they hung up on me. Called back and got another operator and after going through same spiel again she hung up on me. I would advise to NEVER use this place. This is going to be fun dealing with them yet again tomorrow but I will get my money back.

I placed an order on 2/2 (Valentines Day for my boyfriend). When I placed order it said deliver by the 13. On the 11 I check and it had not been shipped. I called and was told she got them to ship it immediately. From the time of the 2nd when I ordered, we had an ice storm. Very little ice on our roads and pkgs were being delivered but I got a message Severe Weather delay. Now, another storm is moving in and the roads are clear but no orders being delivered. By the time my boyfriend gets this order these berries will be no good. Trying to get hold of a live agent who speaks plain English is like pulling hairs. I will not be ordering from this place again. They had plenty of time to ship this order and get it delivered before any bad weather but didn't even have any shipment planned until I called asking why. I know things happen but this was very important. I ordered something else for him. I just want my money back.. you can keep your soggy berries.

Kids sent two boxes today for Valentine's day.dad is very ill.wow our family loved these but what happened.chocolate had so much wax it stuck to our teeth, no flavor in chocolate..strawberries hard so I upset needed cheered...

I placed my order mid January to be delivered to my husbands office on February 12. The order did not arrive by the guaranteed delivery window. I called the customer service department just to discover that the customer service had been moved to the Philippines. I spent over three hours on the phone with multiple different customer service reps each time asking for a supervisor just to be told that the supervisors are busy or they are unavailable. Finally I did speak with a supervisor who supposedly contacted the third-party delivery vendor (Not actual Shari's Berries that I paid for) Who said that they would deliver them to my home today February 13. We stayed home all day to wait for a delivery that NEVER came! So now my Valentine's Day is completely ruined! They did not offer a refund, they did not offer a replacement product, and they did not give me any date to which I could expect to receive a delivery! The provided no assurance that I would ever receive the order that I paid for for. I have been a loyal customer for over 6 years. I never had this problem when the orders were actually being shipped from the Shari's Berries location and being delivered by UPS. At that point in time the quality was great and I did not mind paying for the shipping or expedited shipping to ensure a fabulous gift. I'm not sure who's running this company, but they are running a perfectly good company in the ground. This will assuredly be the final time that I ever use this company.

Horrible. I placed an order for chocolate covered strawberries in mid January to have them delivered on Feb 12 for Valentine’s. They sent me an email that they delivered them but I never got a package, and I was home all day in case I had to sign for them. Then when I called they didn’t even care that they ruined my Valentine’s present. I was just met with “well I said sorry” I will never order from them again. First and last time.

The strawberries looked nothing like the photo and were definitely not worth the $60 that I paid. They were small, unripe and looked like a 5 year old decorated them. They were a gift and I was so embarrassed when I saw the photo. When I called to request a refund the rep kept trying to get me to accept a redeliver but I wasn't willing to take another chance. They i was told that I could only receive a 50% refund. After much back and forth I was told that I would receive a full refund but it would take 1-2 billing cycles on my credit card. I will never order from here again.

I wish I had checked ratings beforehand. Two stars is generous. What a horrible experience. Customer Service reps passed me back and forth, tried to up-sale more than correct an order issue, and they all had headsets so sensitive I had to talk over their breathing sounds. After 90 minute phone call, I finally gave up trying to resolve the issue.

Terrible. If you order do not expect it to be delivered. Also customer service will tell you one thing and the next day different. 1st time using and will be last time. So very disappointed my valentine gets nothing now.
