Awful service. Save yourself some trouble and do not order from them. Ordered on 2/13/21, for delivery 2/24/21by 8 pm. Sharis berries charged my credit card 2/14/21. Person sent to never received the berries on 2/24 which was a birthday gift. I called sharis berries and they were unable to reach the delivery service. Delivery service had not been answering them all day. Delivery service was Fed Ex. I said I wanted a refund. They said I could have a refund because it was not delivered. They transferred me and after 20 minutes on hold hung up on me. I called back again same results. Now disputing charge with credit card company.

I sent strawberries to someone back in November 2020, and they were received and I was charged. Fast forward to February 2021 and my friend received another order of strawberries and I was charged another 47.69. Problem is I didn't place this order. So they try to tell me it's a replacement order. I ask why when there was nothing wrong with the 1st order. I received the answer that they don't know but they will refund me. 2 weeks go by and no refund. I call again and get hung up on twice when they claim they're trying to transfer me somewhere. I have called yet again today and hoping that this one will take. If not I will have my credit card company open a dispute. I will never order from them again

I wrongly assumed any company still operating after so many years had a quality product. Nope! Tiny berries, soggy, broken coating. Delivered late after paying extra for Saturday delivery. I could have sworn I got some of these many years ago and they were great. These were awful and it appears they have zero customer service to remedy.

Rotted berries more like it! I was trying to use the s word for poo and it said it was inappropriate... To update my review. They finally were going to send a replacement order was to be here this wed. Well it is now Thurs and I am told it will be here Fri. It's been sitting memphis tn for more than a day. Which means I will get rotted berries again. All I wanted was a full refund. I was told they can only send a replacement order. Save your cash and aggravation. If they come from my why are the sent to Indianapolis in, the memphis tn back to NY? Makes no sense when shipping a perishable. And strawberries don't last that long. They are to be eaten in 2 days because they mold. And that is what we got moldy berries that my wife bit into and that is reckless! Fraudulent and disgusting. How you serve rotted food??? I have asked for a supervisor to call me it's been 3 days already. The co. Stinks at customer service. I would rate minus ten stars. They are overpriced for rotted fruit. Wish I can post a pic of how they came. White molded berries dipped in melted chocolate disgusting!

Recieved 6 choc covered strawberries for Valentines Day. They are not nearly as big as previous years and they are not completely ripe. Chocolate covering is a big disappointment as well. Very disappointed!!

I do not know what has happened with sheri's Berries. I have ordered them many many times in the past. This time the computer system goofed up many times when trying to order. Then the customer Service was a joke. The out of US operators did not carry through with a cancellation even calling and doing it 3 times. When I did call, about my parents recieving 2 orders of the same thing The person was extremely Helpful. And he was from one of the other companies. Some how my wife recieved 2 orders of strewberries and they were fantastic. But did not get the flowers for our 29th anniversary during all the confusion. I hope they see this and do some fixing

Horrible. My husband made an order and talked to them many times to make sure I would get my order Friday before 3pm. They said of course. I never got my order. I called to cancel the order and I actually just got my order. This is disgusting what I got. This smell horrible. They went straight to the garbage. I will never order again.

The worst experience ever. This business is a scam. The products on the website are nothing like the inferior product they deliver. The products they deliver are poor quality and embarrassing. The customer service department matches the quality of their products, it is horrible. Do not waste your money using this business. You will regret it and get nothing but aggravation when you attempt to resolve the matter.
