Wish I knew about this company before I placed an order. I placed order then received a conformation email with incorrect delivery date. I called customer service to get my order corrected. Couldn't understand them clearly due to their bad English. After an hour was told was corrected and another email will be sent. 2 days later no email I again called back, set on hold for an hour and was told that no changes were made. I canceled my order and was told my card will be credited. Which I will check and won't be surprised if it's not. Once again worst company and customer service I have ever dealt with. You lost my business and ensure I pass this along to all I know and meet. Thanks for wasting my time Shari's Berries

Reading the recent reviews, my problem is the same as those before me. I paid for a gift to be delivery today, before Mother's Day. I received a tracking update, notifying me that my item will not be delivered until Monday --- two days after the confirmed delivery date. I was talking to a customer service agent after being on hold for 30 minutes and was also disconnected, just like the other reviewers. I wish I had read the reviews before hand. This company is awful.

Wish they had negative stars. Placed two orders for Mother’s Day 2021 Both orders arrived with melted wet chocolate and nasty berries. Both shipments were immediately thrown out. After waiting on hold for over an hour I got through on the chat( got to multi task). 3 times the customer service rep disconnected before resolving the issue. One agreed to issue a refund but only after we paid to have the berries shipped back to them for quality inspection, they eventually disconnected. Finally after about 4 or 5 chats and about 2 hours of wasted time. I was issued a full refund for both orders. This has been one of the worst product and customer service experiences I have ever had. Will never order berries or flowers from them again.

I would rate this a -0. This is not the Sheri’s Berries I’ve ordered from in the past. My daughter ordered me a box for early Mother’s Day. The quality was terrible the berries had chocolate broken exposing the berry. The presentation was disgusting. Some of the berries were really small and all the berries looked and felt like they were a few hours from spoiling. The entire package is trash. I’ve been trying to get thru to customer service for almost 2 days. I’m holding on the line as I’m typing. Finally got someone and she wants to send a replacement, heck no! Then she said she has to speak to my daughter to get a refund. You got all the information order# and charge account already, now I’m pissed. Never ever again! I wish I could upload a picture of the trash received. Thank you for nothing!

Would of gave this a 0 if I could. Ordered on April 23rd so there would be no delay for mother's day. dozen chocolate strawberries 2 dozen roses. Supposed to be delivered today. Called customer service stayed on hold a hour. Then someone came on. Told me I canceled order. Them said no it wasn't. Said I only ordered strawberries that I didn't order roses. He had my order pulled up showing what I paid for. Still screwed me around. Never got to talk to a supervisor. This company sucks for customer service not sure of products or if ever will receive the presents. Terrible. Would not recommend!!

This is the worst customer service company ever. My order was supposed to be delivered on May 5th for mother's day. May 5th came and gone and my order never been shipped. I talked to them 3 times and I got three different answers. I tried to talk to the supervisor and got no response. I will call back tomorrow.

Unauthorized charges of 3 times my order price. Worst customer service I have ever had. Stay Away !!!

I’ve been ordering from Sherri’s Berries for years. It’s my go-to for Mother’s Day, birthdays, anniversaries, etc. I tried to order some this year for my mom’s birthday in March. I received an email from customer service to call about my order so I did. They informed me that the order would be a day or two late. No problem, I said. Then the representative tried to upsell me on another order. I politely declined. They also said they’d be sending me a $20 voucher for my trouble. Great! Mother’s Day is coming up so I could use it then. Except the berries for the birthday never arrived. Never even shipped. For whatever reason they’ve been in limbo for TWO MONTHS. No further contact from customer care. I checked my bank account and don’t see the charge processing so I’m unsure what happened here. I will likely never order from Sherri’s Berries again. This is one of those companies that got too big for its britches and is messing up left and right.
