Ordered product and paid for delivery on a specific day, yet 7 1/2 days later the berries have yet to be delivered. If you are in the business of shipping a perishable product, work with the proper ship method to get it delivered in an appropriately timely fashion. After the original ship date was exceeded by over 24 hours, I was first offered a 50% refund! Yes, 50% and a discount coupon for my next order-like THAT will ever happen! Was finally told I was refunded, but of course I have yet to see that transaction happen. I sure enough saw the initial charge happen immediately! Don't suggest using this company EVER!!

I wish I could show you the picture of the final product, it didn't look nothing like the picture, plus my mother want home and they left it with someone we didn't even know, took us hours to get it back froer come back to this company, I'm sorry not worth the money

This is a terrible company. I ordered chocolate covered strawberries, one dozen for my daughter and one dozen for me. They were to be delivered the day before Mother's Day. Well, my daughter received hers on Mother's Day and was very pleased. My order sat in a FedEx facility for two days and when I called FedEx I was told that the facility closed at 10:00AM on Mother's Day and no deliveries were going out. Well, on the Monday after Mother's Day I received hot, cracked, and destroyed chocolate covered strawberries. After speaking with the company I was promised a new shipment of the original order. That didn't go well either. When I received the email confirmation it indicated I was receiving a 1/2 dozen different type of berries. I called back and asked for a complete refund of my money. Don't waste your time with this company. This is the worse experience I've had online...ever.

I would give them negative stars if possible. This company is a joke. Don’t do it. It’s a trap. Unless you like throwing money away and not giving spoiled Mother’s Day gifts to your loved ones. I ordered one dozen chocolate covered strawberries on the 7 days before Mother's Day. They were set to arrive the day prior to Mother's Day. They ended up arriving the Monday after Mother's Day covered in mold and baking hot. The chocolate was all over the inside of the box and this came along with the most unpleasant smell. After spending time over the phone with their customer service throughout multiple phone calls, they will not issue me a refund. They have the worst customer service team that I'm almost certain is outsourced. It is almost impossible to understand what they are saying when they aren't stuttering. They do not even want to help. It's pathetic. Almost a hundred dollars down the drain. I just wish there were more places to leave reviews of this place.

They were late. Supposed to arrive on Mother’s Day. Not cold. Broken and mushy. I will never use them. I have pictures of these disgusting things.

My Mother’s Day box of chocolate strawberries arrived opened with box opened and strawberries smashed and chocolate melted. After hours on hold with many attempts to reach customer service, I tried to utilize their Chat format. That was a waste of time and frustration. They make you believe it’s a live person responding, but it’s actually an automated questions with no one on the other side caring about the problem. This is a fraud company that makes you believe they care in their advertising. Don’t buy anything from them - not even their flowers.

Ordered the flexible option to have delivery between 5/6-5/10. My mother recieved a voicemail from a delivery person leaving a garbled voicemail message on 5/7 and documented that a physical attempt was made which was a complete lie. Then documented that delivery was completed on 5/8 which was the boldest lie as she never received anything. Called and asked for a refund. Stay away choose another company. Complete fraudulent activity with their delivery staff. Will be reporting this to as many people as can get to. Pretty pathetic to do this on Mothers Day

Buyer Beware! If 0 was an option that is what they deserve. We have ordered a few times, but never again! every single time there has been a serious issue, delivered warm and melted, wilted flowers, broken vases. Once they subcontracted with a local seller the berries were tiny and total garbage like they were purchased at a grocery store and dipped in some lady’s kitchen. Yet they charge crazy, crazy, high prices. My husband tried again for Mother’s Day, ordered gourmet Mother’s Day offer, the 6 berries cost $47 and looked like plain chocolate, nothing like the photo. This place is a total rip off with the worst customer service ever. Never again, I hope this is a warning, the photos look nice, you pay a premium and you end up disappointed.
