I wish I could rate lower than 1, they have turned off all reviews on their social medias, and now I understand why! Avoid at all costs

Ordered a week in advance to be delivered on birthday. Order was THREE days late. Then showed up and were left at garage rather than knocking on door. Berries arrived smashed, melted and rotten!

Same as some other reviews. Ordered berries for my daughter's birthday. No delivery. They said they'd make a replacement order "at no extra charge"? WHAT? I finally negotiated a $20 credit in my account (I don't care because I won't order again) and a half refund, along with promise to deliver two days later. It's now two days later. No berries, no delivery, no credit. Unbelievable.

Ordered Berries for Sons Anniversary! No Delivery! Said they would be there the next day! Not!! Called company, they said "Sorry!" I have ordered for years from them but never again. They have gone down hill since the sale of the company!! Beware!!!

Didn't deliver the order on date they were supposed to. Stated they would deliver the next day. The next day stated they would deliver the third day. I cancelled the order and was told it would take 7 business days for my refund. It only took them 5 seconds to take my money. Don't use this company.

Worst experience ever! Do not order from this company. It is a complete waste of money and they delivered something not even close to what they show on their website. Absolutely not worth the price!

My brother ordered strawberries for me for Mother’s Day. The chocolate was melted off and the berries were bad. The ice pack inside was warm as was all of the internal packing. I immediately called Shari’s Berries. I was on hold for almost a hour. After speaking to their representative, I was promised that they would send a replacement order to me that very day. It’s now June and I’m still waiting for my replacement order to arrive. I would never purchase from Shari’s Berries. My brother wasted his money since all the berries had to be tossed in the trash and they never sent a replacement order. They should refund his money and shipping costs.

My daughter ordered these for me for Mothers Day They were in terrible shape the chocolate was all melted through out the box and the berries weren't even completely covered Also the berries weren't even good mushy and the cold pack wasn't even cold Very Very disappointed I will tell my daughter to never order from your company again I feel you should refund the money
