I would give no stars if I could. I stupidly made an order on the 20th and the delivery date was scheduled on the 21st. First off there was no deliver details or confirmation given. Second, they said it would be delivered before 3.p.m because it was a school and it was not. Every time I contacted customer service, they acted as if it was nothing they can do because the florist was not answering the phone to check on order. And finally, they specify that if your order is not delivered in time, they will attempt again, they did not attempt again and I was forced to call again, in which they told me it was an error in the system so my order could not be delivered because they have already left for the day. 3 days later!!! Overall, do not waste your time and money on this company, especially if you want your loved ones to receive in a timely manner. They do not care and will leave you hanging with no answers. Save yourself the trouble.

Order a special delivery for a close friend for her birthday. Set to arrive on a Thursday, never arrived. Contacted customer service, they offered to replace the order and give me a discount on my next order. The catch was they were unable to send the same product, which was picked as it has meaning behind it. I was assured that it would be delivered the following Tuesday. Again no delivery, nothing but hollow apologies from the company. Will never do business with them again, or any of their other businesses. Stay far away from Shari's Berries as they do not give a damn about the customer, do not care that their orders are not delivered when they are supposed to be and will not be able to replace the product that you ordered with the same product. Worst experience I have ever had. This company is full of liars and scam artists.

I order a time sensitive order on August 30th. They charged my credit card on August 31st. When nothing was delivered I called them on Sept 7th and the promised me they would deliver Sept 8th. At 5pm on the 8th I got an email saying they could not deliver until Sept 14th. I asked for a manager to speak with and they said one would call me back. No one ever did. They offered me a 20% off my next order. Really! Like I would ever order anything from them ever again. I spent over an hour on hold trying to cancel my order. Cancelled on web and hope my credit card will be credited. No smile on my face!!! Missed an important opportunity to show someone I cared.

I gave a review on a site where others have given reviews on Shari's Berries: I’ve been home after having knee surgery and my besties sent me Shari’s Berries and flowers. 1st delivery, opened the box and everything was super warm and smelled like spoiled fruit. The cold packs included were very warm and sweaty and actually made the box the strawberries were in fall apart after removing the cellophane and ribbon. Needless to say, the strawberries were mushy and warm and most of the chocolate had cracked and crumbled off. The flowers were wilted but sprang back somewhat after a fresh cut and fresh water. 2nd Delivery, again, when opening the box was greeted with a fermented warm fruit. One of the cold packs included was completely warm and one was a tiny bit cold. Again, the chocolate was sweaty and cracked and falling off the strawberries. Flowers were warm and wilted, but again, sprang back to life when given a fresh cut and water.

TERRIBLE COMPANY!!! STAY AWAY! Terrible customer service too! You are better off ordering from edible Arrangements!! Never again!!!

Horrible never received my strawberries didn't bother to look at the reviews but got my money refunded immediately after looking at reviews thought it was a scam but I guess we'll see in 7 days when I get my refund.

Picture looked lovely, but what was sent looked sooooooooooo ugly!!!!!!!! 75 dollars with shipping and it looked awful. I'll never buy again from these people.

i order a dozen strawberries for our anniversary to be delivered on the 17th and a no show,i called them and they said they would be delivered on the 18th ,which they did at 3;15 in the afternoon and my wife described the strawberries as disgusting,warm .again i called and they apoligized and even called my wife to apoligize at which point someone from your company laughed at my wife about the whole matter, at which point i called again and they said they would send me a new dozen on thursday which they didn't. i called again and demanded my money to be refunded,which they said would take 7 days
