Typical issues. My wife's birthday berries supposed arrive. Didn't. When I tracked them said delivered. Called spokecwuth some foreign operator, who told me to wait until 8pm, which isxwhen theys arrive by 815 nothing. Chatted and they told mevthey would re deliver. I said no, just refund, which they claimed would be on next billing cycle.

Didn't deliver as promised, I have ordered multiple times and just keeps getting worse. This time called the day after due and left a message, I called back and talked to someone I couldn't even understand and he had ZERO information about my order...left me on hold 15 minutes...Y'know typical 2021 S#$%show

Scam! Do NOT order from them. No delivery. Customer service agent would not refund or connect to a supervisor.

Apparently since being acquired by 800-Flowers in 2019, Shari’s Berries is no longer anything close to the original. The 800-Flowers model uses local florists who clearly do not have the resources or skills to deliver the gorgeous berries and exceptional customer service we all came to love & expect from Shari’s. I had no idea I was ordering from 800-Flowers (ugh) until it was too late. Super disappointed that my mom-in-law received these for her 91st birthday. Berries were small, stemless, & smashed. The white chocolate letters spelling “Happy Bday” were also smashed. Seriously it looks like they ran up to Walmart, bought a pint of everyday strawberries, and then had their five-year-old put them together for me. Their initial solution was to send her ANOTHER one (without my permission) and email me a $20 “Savings Pass” for my next order (as if I would ever order from them again). I had to call and stop them as this would only have served to upset & confuse my MIL. I told them to stop the 2nd delivery, declined the “Savings Pass”, and said I wanted a 50% refund which I felt was more than generous on my part. She agreed to stop the replacement order and said I would receive a full, 100% refund of $72. I have called them back twice to confirm but am still waiting for the written confirmation email I was promised. Every time you call you start all over again. They act like they can’t see any of your earlier calls, which doesn’t sound like any ticket system I’ve ever worked with. I am so embarrassed by the shoddy gift my MIL received and sad to learn that the real Shari’s is gone.

Completely lost my 10+ year loyal patronage. This company is a complete disaster this year! 3 months waiting for my refund for 2 orders that were incorrect or never delivered (one was not even shipped). Every time I call, chat or FB message Shari’s Berries for updates on my refund of approx $78, I get a long story about how it is being “processed” or how I might have to contact FedEx (which is deflecting since I purchased product from SB not FedEx). No company takes 3 months to refund a customer. It feels like they are scamming me or perhaps going bankrupt. It’s now the end of October, still have not received my refund from August! NO ONE has helped me from this company, but they love to chat with me for days, string me along and waste my time!

I have ordered many times in the past and neverbhad an issue. So I placed an order for the happy face berries for my boss on bosses day. I had it delivered to my house the day before (a Thursday) to make sure I got it on time and everything was ok with the order. THANK GOD I DID. The berries were super small and horribly decorated. I called to complain and ask for a replacement. Come to find out they use "local shops" to make many of their orders. I was super annoyed and said I want my order to come from them directly since I never had an issue in the past, and I dont want some "local shop" to make my order. I was told they could not do a replacement order for the next day (Friday) but offered me Monday (next business day). I accepted and then after checking my confirmation email see that they again chose a "local shop" to make my order. I called a second time and was told that design i chose could not be done by them, but I can choose a different design and they will ship direct from them, not from a local area. I agreed...but now my order would be coming on Tuesday. So Tuesday comes....no berries. I called now a 3rd time and was told they will have it to me "as soon as possible ". Dont waste your time or money

I would give them zero stars if I could. Ordered my mom birthday strawberries. They delivered them standing straight up, the box was crushed as well. The letters on the strawberries were broken & out of order. Horrible service!

Well is true I can give less than one but pictures look really nice the delivery in other hand it terrible look like my kids decorate the berries and the chocolate they use was terrible too never again from this place.How they can get away with ripping people off I wish I could it find this site before whatever you do go somewhere else don't buy at Sherri berries it's awful
