I received Shari's Berries as a Valentine's gift. The tops of the berries are green and the chocolate is not good quality. I didn't realize they were bought out by 1-800-flowers. Will go directly to Shari's new website in the future orders. You've ruined a good quality brand.

Ugh… 12 roses and 6 chocolate covered strawberries for $158! To be delivered TOGETHER on a specific date. Low and beyond one arrived and one still hasn’t. Happy 1/2 present birthday to my momma😡

I have used Sheri Berries for years. They used to have great customer service but now it’s outsourced. I was on the phone for 20 mins trying to get a shipping confirmation, which I never received. After first trying to get past the automated help to a real person, it was then the very slow, laborious and downright painful task of answering needless questions when all they really needed was an order number. Twenty mins later I’m told a request was put in for the shipping confirmation and tracking number email to be sent to me and I should get it in 24 hrs. All a big waste of time. Also, their prices are now way too high, and customer service is greatly lacking. They seem a bit too proud of those berries since they are charging so much and saving money by outsourcing poor quality customer service. Too bad, they will no longer be my fun gift idea.

The berries looked nothing like the photos and to top it all off there was a hair on one. These are expensive and marketed as "gourmet" I expected them to look like the photos and not like a child put my order together. A replacement order was placed but i would have rather received a refund. Finding a hair is just nasty and unsanitary. I will never order from this company again.

The chocolate was cracked off my berries and a couple had none on them.

Got these for Mothera Day. Strawberries are sour and we’re suppose to have chocolate chips. I guess 2 chips count for something? Lol. Not worth the money.

I feel like the photo on their website does not properly represent what I received. There are approximately 1/4 to 1/2 of the nuts and chocolate chips expected. I am very disappointed in my purchase.

The arrangement I ordered looked nothing like what was delivered. It was incomplete, messy and an overall disappointment. For the amount paid for this arrangement it was definitely not worth the money. Will never order from them again.
