Horrible!!! Incompetent!! Liars!!! They messed up my order, than simply didn't make it right. After 2 DAYS on the phone with them I gave up .... Don't waste your time with them!!!

I bought a suitcase drone off terrie berrie weeks ago, I've had no communication whatsoever, I've had to do all the chasing, basically I've paid for an item that they have never sent.. There customer service is absolutely disgusting.. I'm now looking into a refund.. wish me luck, I think I'm going to need it? Steer clear of these scammers.. you've been warned ⚠️ Update: 11/03/2022 I've been refunded by my credit card company.. they are looking into this fraudulent company...🤬

HORRIBLE!!!!! Do not expect to get a receipt for your order either. I bought several work related gifts and wanted to expense the purchases but, Shari's cant seem to figure out how to send a receipt for your purchase. I called 6 times!!! Same answer, "we have sent a receipt." I get every piece of spam mail they send but no receipt! Horrible Service!

I’ve placed 3 orders with this company. I’d say this is the worst company to order any kind of gift from. It use to be our go to for gifts. I recently ordered 3 gifts at the same time for 3 separate people. Only one arrived and it was 3 days late. The other 2 never showed up. I called to have them reship the other 2. One showed up late again and still waiting on the other. My husband placed an order as well for a gift and it never showed up. He called to get a full refund. Order never arrived. I’d have to say if I could leave them a zero rating I would. They are literally taking peoples money and never shipping the orders. If you place an order to arrive on a certain date you won’t receive it. I will never order from this company again. I’ve told all my friends and family to stay away from this company as well.

I wish I did not have to give them one star. I don't know if they Under New Management but it was horrible. First they came warm not even cool secondly they had a taste to them as if they had gone bad I've never known their chocolate covered strawberries to taste this bad before. I had to throw them out I was scared I might get sick from them.

I ordered a fruit bouquet for a Valentine's Day delivery on February 9th. The item was supposed to deliver on either the 13th or 14th. I received an email that it was delivered, but nothing ever arrived. After hours on the phone with their crappy customer service reps in the Philippines, they reluctantly agreed to send a replacement. This was to be delivered on February 16th, ruining Valentine's Day already. I received another email that this replacement was delivered, but nothing actually arrived until 2 hours later. The bouquet that was received looked NOTHING like the item that was advertised. It was horrid and I left a negative tweet about it. I was then contacted by Shari's Twitter account, and they offered to send another replacement because it was obvious this item did not meet the standards. Now I've received the email that this 3rd order was delivered, but there's no item once again. Shari's Berries is a f'n joke. Don't waste your time or money with this bullsh*t company.

I ordered strawberries for my wife for Valentines Day. The delivery was scheduled for Feb. 15th. The order never came and the website says the order is"In transit". I called the customer service number and spoke with Rhaeed. I'm not sure that is the correct spelling of her name. I could not hear her very well. There was so much noise on her side that I'm not sure she heard me. I think they are sending a replacement order to my wife and emailing me something to make up for the error. I've ordered these for my wife many times during our marriage. I've never had a problem with my order. If the replacement doesn't arrive by Monday, I will call them back and ask for a refund. I think calling in the morning would be better.

Wow I should have read these reviews prior to me purchasing from Shari’s Berries. It used to be a fantastic product until 1800 flowers purchased them. Do everyone a favor and either clean up the quality or close the doors what an embarrassment for the previous owner. Be warned stay away from this company.
