On June 6,2022, I ordered 6 strawberries from Shari's Berries. They were to be delivered by June 10,2022. On the scheduled delivery date, I received an email stating that the berries were close to the location and will be delivered by 8:00 PM on June 10,2022. After waiting all day, I received an email at 10 p.m. stating that the berries would not be delivered and would instead be sent on Monday, June 13,2022, several days later than I needed them. The fruit arrived on Monday. They were, however, destroyed. The ONE ice pack that had been placed over the berries had melted. The berries were melted and molded because the box they were in was wet. The berries arrived in this state; they were not outside but were delivered in the recipient's hands. Please do not place an order with this company! This business is a scam.

Terrible, got an ail the night before my delivery was supposed to arrive to notify me they were gonna be late. I ordered a week and a half in advance to make sure they arrived on her birthday and they messed it up.

Terrible, do not order from this company. Way late, understood, no notification of delivery. Package rotted on a stoop. Upon request for refund, they asked me to shop with them AGAIN!!! Without a REFUND!!!

I have ordered Shari's Berries for my mother for different holidays for years. This year in April for her birthday the berries arrived with the chocolate all broken and not quite fresh. Then for Mothers Day I ordered some for my daughter for her first mother's day at $98.88 and they were delivered damaged, all crumbled like someone threw them against a wall. The delivery person just left them on the step and didn't even let her know. I also ordered berries and cheesecake for my mother for Mothers Day at $80.23. I pay extra as a passport member for free shipping but if I want it delivered anywhere near the holiday date I have to pay extra on top of the passport membership, which I did. They were supposed to be delivered before the weekend. My mother waited around at her house all weekend and missed out on Mother's day breakfast and activities with her daughters and family to make sure she was home to receive the berries, which never arrived. They were finally delivered Monday after mothers day and left in the sun on the walkway. Again, the deliverer just left them and walked away so by the time my mother saw them the cheesecake and berries were dried out and rotten, not to mention 3 or so days late. After years as a loyal customer I will never do business with them again.

I would give this company a zero but its wasn't an option.. I have done business with this company in the past and spent hundred's of dollars, my wife and I ordered Strawberries for our Anniversary. We received confirmation that he items would be delivered Saturday by 1:30 pm. Today is Tuesday and they still haven't been delivered. We spent over 100.00 dollars for this item and all Shari Berries did was give us a 20.00 discount on out next order. We will never order another item from this company

Paid the extra $31 for Sat or Sun delivery for Mother's Day. It is Monday night at 9:45 and still no berries.$147 gift that never showed. I talked to them again tonight, and they said they were just busy from the mother's day orders. They said they could deliver it on Tuesday. Seriously??? This is the second time this has happened to us. Her Birthday bowl/ berries finally came 2 days after her birthday even though they were ordered well in advance. She lives in Lady Lake Florida and the local distributer is obviously in way over their heads. I will be using Edible Arrangements from now on.

Received 2 boxes of chocolate covered strawberries, for Mother's Day. Every berry coating was broken up/shattered. I tasted one that had a bit of coating on it, and it tasted fermented; several were a mushy mess. Outside of the boxes were sticky with dampness! Emailed the company right away, and kept getting the run around; email replies from 5 different "people", asking inane questions, after I provided all shipping info! They are irreputtable.

I ordered two orders, one for my Mother that showed up, the second for my wife that never came. I could have bought flowers at the store for $15-20 to match this just under $100 order and guess what? It would have actually been on time. What is so frustrating is I sensed there was going to be a problem as my wife's order never showed up in my account. Of course it did show up on my payment method... and Of course I got SMS verfications with order tracking #'s for both. I called this morning twice around 11am when they could have actually fixed this and made sure I was on the delivery que. Whenever you ask for a supervisor, "They're in meetings" always without fail. Seeing the countless other pissed off customerso on their facebook and all the reviews here I see clearly it is a HUGE mistake to put any trust in this company. The good thing is my credit card and/or PayPal will absolutely force a resolution and get my money back. Thank you Shari's Berries for ruining my surpise and gift for my wife's mother's day. I hope you had a horrible holiday as well. Tip for consumers: I would highly reccomend you avoid this company. Look at their facebook posts with the countless comments of people that are pissed, let down, receiving moldy berries, late orders, etc etc etc. I will never purchase your products and will make sure my friends and family know my experience, especially the ones that use you often.
