If you like to pay way over priced for Flowers that are completely smashed and look nothing like the picture this joke of a place is for you!! Not me

Ordered the birthday covered strawberries. Arrived the day I requested however when delivered no one rang the door bell or knocked to let us know. Living n Texas it gets hot. Once my wife realized they were outside on the porch they were melted the strawberries were ruined and spent $60 for a horrible experience. Never again!

Would give a zero if possible. Ordered cheesecake bites to be delivered on 7/20/22. They didn't make it until 7/22 in the late evening. They were warm and melted. My father in law called and was told a full refund would be given but the person who ordered had to call. My husband called and was told that we had to prove the order was uneatable and we needed to provide pics and we would only get a 50% refund. Also they insisted on resending the order, but was out of stock so now we had to choose something else. They DO NOT HONOR their money back guarantee. NEVER AGAIN!!! DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY!!

Disappointed - I received strawberries chocolate disgusting soup and after spending 40 minutes on the phone was told I was would receive another gift - NOTHING!!!!

I ordered on 7/19 to be delivered on 7/20 when I received ordered it was the wrong order so they resent the order to be delivered the next day 7/21 the delivery never came I checked cameras and everything but they said they were delivered the Cincinnati ohio branch is very unprofessional I will not recommend them

I would give -5 if possible after 4 attempts I STILL never received my dad's father's day gift! I was lied to when asking about an order being delivered when it was NEVER sent! Don't shop here unless you want nothing but trouble. I finally went to "Ship a cake"

Two years in a row now, ordered some berries for mother's day and they never arrived. Customer service acknowledged themselves as Flowers.com and insisted on attempting a redelivery instead of giving a refund. Big Mistake accepting. Also never arrived and I was never given a tracking number for the second order. Two years in a row, same problem with the same outcome. Can't recommend, get your confections elsewhere. Shame, back when they used to arrive they were very delicious.

So disappointed. Had these delivered for my birthday from my daughter. Came on my birthday melted so bad u pick up a strawberry and the chocolate just fell off. Sent replacement order that just came in and these were worse. I get these delivered every year and this happened last year too but I didn't tell my daughter because I didn't wsnt to hurt her feelings or have her get upset. Today I called customer service and the lady was extremely rude, this is the first time I have been treated so poorly bu customer service. I took pictures to send them because they were that bad. I just hope someone from Shari's Berries cares enough to look into this and they can contact me with any questions. The female was beyond rude. Last year I made excuses for them because it was so bad but 2 years 3 deliveries in a row is just not ok.
