ORDERED THEM IN SEPTEMBER 30TH 2022 FOR A DELIVERY DATE OF OCTOBER 7TH 2022 DIDNT RECEIVE ITEMS TILL THE 10 OF OCTOBER 2022 IT WAS BS AND THEY CAME LATE SMASHED UP AS WELL AS MELTED

Bottom line - If your delivery is time sensitive - Stay away!! Paid extra for date specific delivery for my daughter's birthday. Delivery was supposed to reach a MIDTOWN MANHATTAN hotel, which means that they are ALWAYS open and available to receive. Called to Shari's service the night before to make sure the delivery would be on time and was reassured that it would. Called on the day of the delivery and was told that they "tried" to make a delivery and were unsuccessful. Really??? how incompetent does a delivery service need to be to "try" and fail at delivering to a hotel?... I was reassured by the service person on the phone that it would still be delivered that day, which is my daughter's birthday. I waited for 15 minutes on the phone until she finished calling the shop and verifying that they would still deliver that same day. They did not deliver. I called again at 6 PM to find out what is happening, and after waiting for another 10 minutes, she told me that although they promised they would deliver today, the shop decided it would be better to deliver the next day. The day AFTER my daughter's birthday. The day she is checking out of the hotel.. Having no choice, I waited for the mornng to call in and verify that the delivery ill be made. I asked that they deliver in the afternoon, as my daughter will be out all ay and the cake and berries need refrigeration. Once again I received apologies and a promise that this time they will get it right. In the early afternoon my daughter calls me to tell me that she received a strange call from a delivery man asking for money for a late day delivery. At this point I called Shari's service screaming that they are the most unprofessional delivery company I have ever worked with. They reassured me that they will take care of it. After a few more phone calls, the delivery was made: - A day late, after my daughter's birthday, the delivery was finally made, - After 7 long phone calls and hours on the phone with their "service" (or lack there of) Shari's ruined the surprise as they called and badgered the recipient for more money for the delivery (and later apologized for the "unfortunate mistake") Never again.

I sent flowers and chocolate covered strawberries on the 20th to my niece for her birthday from Shari’s Berries. The flowers were half dead and ice pack was melted so strawberries were melted, mushy and spoiled. The arrangement didn’t look anything like what I ordered. I called and complained - customer service spoke broken English - they sent a replacement for delivery today . Todays shipment had melted ice, the strawberry box was HOT and smelled, and the flowers looked like a $9.99 arrangement you’d pick up at a grocery store - and they were Cemetery dead. Oh the card said “Happy birthday from Howie and Monica”. WTH? Had a mini stroke, called to complain again. I could barely understand the Customer service rep. They wanted to send a replacement order - I said no. I said I want a full refund. They said how about 50% and a coupon. Said no again. He processed my refund for $115 and offered a $50 coupon. I told him nope I wouldn’t use this service ever again. He then asked if he could call Kim to apologize. He then called her and asked if she wanted something else. She declined and explained how awful both deliveries were. He then tried to talk to her about my credit . What are they doing talking to the recipient of a delivery about crediting my credit card??! I actually have used them before and they were great. Not sure what happened but I will never use them again. Talk about embarrassing!!! Mary Stefanik

I ordered strawberries 6 days ago and they were supposed to be here a day after order I finally got them days after my wifes birthday and she was so excited for them she opens the box and they are rotten and smashed and melted. Highly do not recommend this absolute garbage excuse of a company what a waste of time yuck!! Oh by the way it cost me 65 bucks for 12 chocolate strawberries just for them to he rotten lol stear clear of this place. Go local.

Not dependable terrible service do not use

Beware of this company. Terrible service. I should have read the reviews first... I ordered a birthday gift of strawberries. I was sent an email from sherri berries with a tracking number that stated I would receive my package by 130pm. I have a screen shot as proof. So our birthday plans were made around the time that we were giving confirmation for. We made reservations for dinner for 3pm. 130 came and no delivery. I called customer service and ask for a refund and was told there was nothing they could do till after8pm I spoke with 2 supervisors that hung up on me. I was told that it says on the website that delivery times are 9 to 8. And if we are giving a specific time for delivery that it can change at anytime. Which no where on the website does it say that it can change if given a guaranteed time. I was told that if we aren't home they won't deliver. So now I have to miss the birthday day dinner for my sister. So I can stay and wait for the delivery. We live in az and are Temps are still 100 degrees. Even with an ice pack they wont last very long in this heat being transferred from a delivery warehouse to in a truck all day for 2 to 3 dayThis company as ruined this day for us..

Terrible experience. Not reliable. Ordered for sons milestone bday, for delivery two days prior to the actual date. Long story short, after no shows and phone call, and some very suspicious and confusing excuses, the best they could offer was to refund my delivery fee and deliver three days AFTER the birthday date. Never ever ever again will i trust this company to celebrate a loved ones milestone. Buyer beware and dont put your trust in this company!

Delivery (of chocolate covered strawberries) was left at garage door exactly where they would be run over when we backed out. Never had a delivery left like that in 22 years. I called to let company know they should talk to their delivery service—. They wanted to check with the person who sent the gift, or talk to my husband (whose surgery prompted the gift). So we need to alert the gift giver that their gift was run over or get my husband out of his hospital bed to confirm the strawberries were run over? Wow! That’s some customer service! I wasn’t even asking for replacement.
