Recd disgusting moldy Shari's Berries Celebration Cheesecake as a gift. Company wants to send exact replacement. NO THANK YOU. I have no say because I was the recipient. Not certain of order date. Sender should receive 100% refund. Recd 12 23 2022. Shari's Berries and related 1800Flowers are terrible companies with F- customer service. Cant believe Im expected to receive and consume an identical replacement after such a horrific experience with mold covered food! Quality of food is food safety issue worthy of reporting to Public Health in both Jericho NY and Lodi, CA, as well as the FDA. Per customer service, refund is not possible to sender. Public comments and broad 1 star documentation depict long standing Shari's Berries food quality issues. DISGUSTING.

Let me start by saying I have never written a review, but this is the worst customer service I have ever experienced. I wanted to cancel an existing order and was put through to a customer service rep who verified my information and requested a reason for cancel. I provided him one and then was put on hold for over ten minutes. I decided to hang up and call back and the next rep said he couldn’t help me because rep number 1 had the order locked. After requesting to speak to a manager to resolve the issue, I was the told the manager was busy helping other agents and a transfer wasn’t possible. After being placed on a 20 minute hold I was told my order was cancelled and when I asked for a cancellation email I was told it would arrive in 24 hours. This exchange took place on a Saturday within 24 hours of placing my order. Fast forward to Monday I get a confirmation email that the order is set to be delivered. I go through this same process of calling and being placed on hold and again am told the cancellation has been processed with no confirmation. I begged to be put through to a manager and was told by the agent again that they are busy helping other customers. I asked for an agent ID for my complaint and was told that is private. Not only was I lied to about my order but no manager could be reached and no agent is able to be held accountable for the error. I’ve wasted so much time on what should be a simple and easy task. I will never order from this company again.

The order was supposed to be delivered to my boss on Saturday and it still hasn't arrived. Customer service is generic. I will never use this company again.

Worst customer service ever. Overpriced. Go to edible arrangements instead.

Ordered a pink vase of roses & lilies,got tulips instead and ordered a box of caramel chocolate pretzels all to be delivered by Nov 10th 2022 flowers arrived a day late and pretzels aren't arriving until 16th.When I called the man just gave lame excuses of why late and nothing could be done and never addressed the fact that the expensive flowers of roses and lilies were tulips ..never offered to try to give a discount or fix the issues.Never order from this company it is a fraud. Post beautiful flowers and ediables ,takes your money but sends poor quality items and not on delivery dates arranged..I will NEVER order from this company again

Nothing like the picture. Ordered Halloween Strawberries. Looked absolutely nothing like the picture. No little eyes just brown blobs of icing. So wish I could post a picture. They were awe full!

Terrible. I ordered the strawberries that were supposed to be decorated to look like cute bees. They didn't even put eyes on a single one - the "wings" were just messy melted blobs. More than half the strawberries had visible mold on them, and we didn't even bother checking to see how bad it was under the dipped part. Threw them away, requested a refund. Only received a 50% refund after many back and forth emails for a horrible inedible product.

These are the worst berries ever. My first was suppose to be delivered on my anniversary it came a day late, melted, warm and strawberries soft. They sent it out again for four days later. Late again that came a day late again warm, broken and strawberries soft and squishy. Another set came the same way. DONT BUY FROM SHARIS BERRIES!
