Received six very large white-covered berries as a gift. There's a very weird almost chemical taste to them. Theey will be thrown out as it is very alarming.

Received large chocolate covered strawberries and ate them that evening, same day. Symptoms started after 1-1.5 hours consumption. Bloating, cramping, nausea, and diarrhea persisted through the night and is ongoing with severe, urgent trips to the restroom. Ingredient list is also not comprehensive and can issues for people that have issues.

Although they may taste good delivery is horrible. Ordered them for a friend who was home recovering from surgery and the date they promised for deliver was wayyyy off. Showed up a week later. NOT GOOD!!!

We ordered two boxes of berries and flowers for our daughters’ Valentines party. Both boxes arrived unopened, but one was empty. The flower arrangement was not the one we ordered. Customer service offered an apology and a 20% discount on future purchases. Really?!!! There will not be any future purchases from us!

Horrible, ordered and payed extra for same day delivery chocolate strawberries and as of now it’s been delayed 3 days. Will never order from them again. Super disappointing

Horrible customer service. It is outsourced overseas. Loud can’t hear what I say. Have to repeat numerous times. On phone for 30 minutes and said forget the order.

After placing my order on line, It wouldn't accept the 20% off coupon. I called thinking I'd have better luck with a person. NOT! I was trying to buy an item listed on sale, but the person on the other end couldn't see the same price as me! She had me refresh, and WOLA! sale price gone 45 mins wasted on the phone

I was the recipient of a gift. Item was to arrive 12/24. It did not. Received 12/28/22. Strawberries were frozen. Flowers which were supposed to be a dozen red roses were half dead and contained only five roses. Nice ripoff!!! Took the money for a dozen red roses but only sent five. Did not know that Shari’s Berries is owned by 1-800-flowers. Wonder how many thousands of others got ripped off and paid for items that were not delivered? Can’t be trusted. After much complaining, the sender was one of the lucky ones and they agreed to resend. Got 12 roses (because sender knew that only five were sent the first time) and strawberries were fresh.
