Paid extra fees for the delivery on 2/14, now not receiving any response on call nor email! Absolutely unacceptable! They will sell whatever they can knowing they can't deliver, it's an absolute rip-off! Stop over selling...

I would give 0 if I could. Basically my husband ordered these for Valentine’s Day. I understand it’s busy. They guaranteed they would be delivered by 6 due to it being a business. I got out of work and we were willing to drive back to my work because 6 was the time. 5:30 my husband calls and “there’s no driver and to wait until 6 to call back”. We did just that. Immediately the lady told us to wait until 8 in which my husband said no we have plans this was a business and I was guaranteed 6. The lady just kept repeating herself. Finally my husband demanded a refund. The lady said “let me see what I can do”. Literally as this is happening I get a call from the driver saying he was there (after 6) so this was too late as we had plans that night. Just all around bad customer service. We finally got our refund back after asking about 5 more times.

Unbelievable 2nd year in a row they have ruined valentines, I only did it again because of coupon code because last her delivery was of SMASHED chocolate strawberries, she works at BUSINESS, all deliveries to businesses during business hours. Not so she left at 5:15 still no delivery. I know it’s Valentine’s Day but she works at a BUSINESS and the fed-ex is literally 3 miles from her offices so this is NOT ACCEPTABLE!

DO NOT USE. Ordered 2 dozen chocolate covered strawberries for my wife for Vday. One dozen was delivered with the second one promised for the following day after calling customer service. It did not arrive. I called customer service again and was offered a half refund for wrong amount. CS agent could not understand me when I tried to tell her the actual price. They went ahead and processed the wrong amount anyway after promising me the correct amount. Now I have to make another call. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE DO NOT RECOMMEND

Horrible experience, went online and placed an order 2-13 for delivery on 2-14. I called 2-14 to check on the status. They said my order would deliver 2-15. I’ll never do business with them again. Avoid this place.

Shipping was horrible i ordered some for Valentine’s Day for my wife they arrived late with melted ice pack and condensation all over sticky melted strawberries

Ordered berries as a Valentines Day gift. Scheduled it for delivery on Feb. 13. Still didn't arrive by Valentines day. Poor delivery service.

DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING FROM THEM!!
