Order is late, still an entire state away as of end of day on the delivery day. Representative couldn’t answer my question on how it’s packaged and if it’s prepared to withstand an extra day without refrigeration. Disappointed not only that my recipient didn’t get their gift but I paid for an on time delivery and I have no idea what condition it’ll be in. I’ve been on the receiving end of Shari’s Berries and was so impressed with my gift I wanted to pass it on to someone special, I don’t know if I’ll be ordering again now.

Wrong product delivered took 3 days to get fixed whole process a mess

Didn't receive the berries still, so far changed the time twice and still have not received them. Worried about how fresh they will be because they said they have shipped two days ago and haven't received them yet 😕

The ice pack in the carton was completely thawed and warm; the berries were warm and chocolate had started getting soft when delivered. The strawberries tasted old. Wasn’t pleasant at all. Very disappointing.

Ordered the Rainbow Swirl Belgian white chocolate covered strawberries as a gift for my niece. They looked so cool online. Unfortunately, they were not remotely close to the deep colors and wide swirls as in the images on the website. Perhaps other solid dipped options are a wiser choice.,

Great service on the berries and cheesecake and way better quality than the competition. One big complaint. Don't offer the Godiva Chocolates if they ship completely separate. The chocolates did not arrive when they were supposed too. Hopefully they show up today.

The strawberrries were supposed to look like Easter Eggs. They were very sloppy. Didn't look much like the way they were advertised. I had used this company before and stopped because of poor quality. I guess I will stop again.

I usually don’t have an issue (or if there was it would get resolved), but this recent order was a problem. I selected my delivery date for a reason. As the order was placed I didn’t notice the date changed to the following day. I called when I realized it would not arrive on time and sat on hold for 45 mins to be told someone would call back (that did not happen). Now my order will be delivered to a closed office. I’m disappointed.
