Ordered a dozen chocolate covered strawberries for Valentines day and they arrived 5 days after and were rotten. No response from Shari's Berries to my messages. Very poor customer service.

How can a company ship edible gifts that are moldy and then refuse to refund the cost? I attempted to resolve the issue w a representative and a manager; and was only offered the option of a 50% refund or redelivery at a later date. Neither are acceptable, considering this was a Birthday Gift!!! Shame on you Sherri’s Berries!! My family has patronized your business for over 5 years and I can assure you this will be the last time!!! How do I post pictures?

Please. Do NOT order from Shari’s Berries. It was the worst nightmare ever. I tried working with costumer service ZERO satisfaction. They knew nothing and I probably called 6 times. Order was never delivered. Even though they said it was. I demanded a refund. It’s been weeks. I called again they said no one issued me a refund. I asked them To please give me a refund. It’s just a horrible experience and no one will make this right.

I received an arrangement that did not match the picture and was not what I ordered. What they sent was bad fruit. Grapes were so sour your puckered, pineapple was mostly the center core, and there was still the rind on the cantelope and honey dew. Terrible terrible terrible. When I contacted customer service they did a 50% refund and offered to redeliver the same terrible fruit i got in the first order. Byt the way it really isnt Sherri's Berries now, it is the corporate comblomerate of 1800 flowers... Stay away and order some where else....

I ordered 24 dark chocolate strawberries, 1. they delivered a day late and were spoiled. 2. they weren't dark chocolate 3. they only gave me 12 4. they won't redeliver for another week. not to mention when I called and ordered the customer service line was not at all helpful and unable to answer questions I would have.

My daughter just gave birth and she loves strawberries. I ordered a balloon, teddy bear and strawberries. Some of her order never arrived and I called them to let them know. I was assured she would get the rest of her order but it never came. I spend lots of money but not for this one ever again.

I’ve ordered Shari’s Berries for years. This year however, I was embarrassed by what was delivered. Tiny berries with the chocolate melted. They were barely cold when they arrived. Sad, I’ve used them for so many occasions and the quality went from a 10 to a 1.

I made my order on 1/23 for delivery on 2/14 they didn’t deliver until 2/15 they ruined our Valentine’s Day my wife didn’t get anything after I paid $109 for flowers and strawberries. Stay away order from somewhere else please!!!!!
