If I could rate 0 stars I would. I ordered flowers and berries to be delivered on 5/13. They never arrived. When I called it sounded like I was talking to someone in the Philippines. They said my order was canceled which I never canceled it. They said they would do a replacement order but it wouldn’t arrive till Tuesday 5/16. I will never order from this place again

My husband ordered me a Mother’s Day chocolate strawberry box. When I unpackaged the box, the ribbon was disheveled but I didn’t think about it. When I opened the box, one whole strawberry was missing! There was styrofoam inside the box and the corner was ripped open. Then I noticed a hole chewed into the styrofoam packing. It was clearly the work of a RAT!!! The outside box had no visible hole and was taped up everywhere. They only offered a replacement (to arrive 4 days later) and a $20 gift card!!! When I called the customer service line, they confirmed my husband made a complaint, but when I asked to make sure it referenced our concern about a rat, she acknowledged that it didn’t. It only said there was an hole in the box. Total CYA!!! Not sure if the damage happened in the facility or with the shipping company, but it is Shari’s Berries’ responsibility from order to delivery. Everything about the situation is unbelievable - disgusting, unhygienic, and negligent.

Will never order AGAIN....

Absolute joke of a company. Ordered berries for Mother’s Day to be delivered well ahead of Sunday and they were not delivered. When I call Customer Support to ask for update, they say berries can’t be delivered before the Monday after Mother’s Day?? Sites like these exist to allow us for placing an order and counting on delivery when paid for and scheduled. Very disappointing result and have requested a refund…we’ll see if it ever comes — save your money, time, and disappointment - shop elsewhere

I ordered pink ladybugs and a birthday balloon for my Mom. The order that came today was not what I ordered. I called the delivery service 1-800-flowers and they said we can't fix it and would I be ok with a 50% refund. Are you kidding me? Told the customer service assistant that I expect a 100% refund of which she then said ok. I then called Shari's Berries customer service line hoping to get a different outcome. They could have cared less. Never again will I order from this company.

Absolute worst customer service ever! They shipped to wrong address after going over the address multiple times and I even asked for them to send a confirmation and she said she couldn’t do that. Called them and spent at least 20 minutes trying to fix it but the girl on the phone just couldn’t get anything right after I spelled the entire thing REPEATEDLY. I finally just said cancel my order and refund my money which she said she would ( which means nothing, because they can’t get anything right) afterwards she wouldn’t hang up first because there is a survey after and she would let me do the survey. Never will I ever order from them again.

Biggest bait and switch ever. Ordered for delivery a week later to avoid $14.99 delivery charge. At checkout they tried to charge me $14.99. Got on their live chat only to get NO satisfaction. NEVER ORDER FROM THEM

Serious rant to save all of you money and frustration. Never order from Shari’s Berries! I recently ordered a birthday gift for my best friend across the country from Shari’s Berries. It was ordered to arrive on her birthday and be delivered with a balloon. The day they were supposed to be delivered. I got an email stating they could not be delivered, but they would try again. When I heard nothing else for the entire weekend I assumed they had been delivered. I called my friend and she said nothing was delivered. I called customer service and they said they would try to deliver them again the next day. The next day I got an email that they were delivered. My friend found nothing was delivered. She had to run around and check with all her neighbors and nobody got the delivery. Called customer service and they tried to contact the delivery company. The delivery company wouldn’t answer. Finally customer service sent them via FedEx two day delivery. My friend finally got her gift six days after her birthday and the berries were subpar quality. Never once did they offer any refund, etc. I will never use this company again and just wanted to warn others not to trust this company with your gift giving!!!
