I should have known better than to send this as a gift/delivery. It should not be this difficult. I ordered some flowers and a dozen chocolate-covered strawberries to be delivered to my daughter as a surprise and a congratulations gift. It was to arrive on Fri, 6/17 but it was not delivered. I had to research myself to find out the status online. I called and was promised they would re-attempt delivery on Sat, 6/18. No delivery. Called on Sunday and was promised it would be delivered on Mon, 6/19 and I was assured there would be no issues with the strawberries already being 4 days old, along with the flowers. This didn't make sense to me - I see it as 4 less days of enjoyment before wilting or going bad. The package was finally delivered this morning on Mon, 6/19 and my daughter sent me a text showing a photo of how the strawberries looked when she opened the box and then said "well, it's the thought that counts." The box had gotten wet. The berries were inedible and the chocolate had come off of all of them. They looked terrible. Do not order from this company.

Wouldn't suggest ordering from this company!! A simple father's day gift cannot be delivered because doordash can't read an address.... Did you know that they outsourced to doordash? Believe me I checked the address and so did SB disappointed had to cancel my order...My dad couldn't even receive his cake for father'sday Thanks SB

Very disappointed ordered Chocolate covered strawberries for mothers day - they arrived several days later - rotten..... was persuaded to reorder - however 2nd order was never received - am still waiting for a full refund

Very disappointed!! Ice pack was completely warm, chocolate was completely off of the berries, and they tasted rotten!!!! My daughter sent them to me for Mothers Day! I think they need to reimburse her....

Very disappointed! I ordered 1 dozen gourmet strawberries for my Mom for Mother's Day and when they arrived the chocolate was completely melted. The ice packs inside the box were hot. The strawberries were even warm. I called the 1-800 number and spoke to a customer service rep. whom just wanted to replace my order and after I insisted she said she would refund the full amount.

BUYERS BEWARE!!!! Ordered Mother's Day gifts to be delivered May 12th with flexibility through May 14th. NEVER ARRIVED!!!!!!! Reorder supposidley to arrive today... company has yet to process or 'in transit' order at 12:33PM May 15th. Little faith in this company and their lies. They should be ashamed. DO NOT USE if you actually want your loved ones to feel loved!!

Mother’s Day gifts didn’t arrive after charging extra for delivery by Mother’s Day :-( total break down of trust.

The FedEx delivery person didn't ring the bell or knock to let us know the chocolate covered strawberries had been delivered. The box was subsequently sitting outside in Florida overnight. The strawberries were ruined. There was also a flower arrangement included that had wilted and was not as pictured. Very disappointed. Only a partial refund was made.
