they told me they delivered at 10:42 last night the business closes at 6 and doors are locked ... i called and they basically said too bad and hung up

Order never arrived FOR A FUNERAL!! No one would help either on the phone or online chat! They offered a $20 credit for a future order (!) and to deliver it a WEEK later! Awful!!!!!!! Shame on them

How horrible that a company berate a hard working men because because he can't be there on Valentines Day. Maybe she should have bought them for him and thank him for being a hard work. So narcissistic of the girl friend.

Ordered for my son's birthday. Called them at 7 pm asking when they would arrive. Told they would be a day late. Asked why, and was told due to weather. I explained he was located somewhere without any weather issues. She tried to argue that I wanted it in the 17th, not 16th. Also I said I knew it wasn't being shipped through mail since I sent a balloon. Customer Service then admitted it was local, and no weather issues. Offered nothing. Admitted lying. Had no valid explanation. Confirmed it was supposed to be there today, and she could see that. I cancelled the order. Then when I tried to submit a review on their site and FB page both were immediately deleted. Noticed their page only shows 5 star reviews and the newest was 5 months ago...

My order showed up late, and when it arrived, it was so disappointing! The flowers were small. Actually, I could have bought them at The Grocery store for less money and better quality. The roses are also brown all throughout, and they should be white. This is the first time and the last time, I own a company with over 100 homes we clean and WAS thinking that I should do this for all of them as a thank you gift but not any longer. She just turned 89 and didn't even take the flowers home. Very very disappointed. Such a total waste of money.

I ordered strawberries for my daughter in laws birthday and they were never delivered. I finally got a refund after they tried to talk me into taking a store credit.

Order was received late. The 'ice pack' was melted. The berries were sweating, chocolate coating was broken off four of the twelve and scattered everywhere. Stems were brown and the berries were mushy, tasteless and inedible. Disappointing and total waste of money for my daughter because this was my Christmas present.

Worst EVER for deliveries, they lose the order, it doesn't arrive on time, there is always an issue of some sort. I'm surprised I haven't had a stroke with the constant issues Well congratulations Sherry's Berries you have seceded in losing another customer. I will never order from you again. Merry Christmas 🎄
